Old age is often seen as a time of loss. But Marion Woodman tells the story of an elder whose powerful energy makes the flowers bloom.

Marion Woodman is a writer, teacher, and Jungian analyst. She is one of the most widely read authors on analytical and feminine psychology of our time. A graduate of the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich, she is the author of "Addiction to Perfection," a landmark study on the spiritual and psychological roots of addiction in women. Some of her other books include “The Ravaged Bridegroom,” “Leaving My Father's House,” “The Maiden King,” and “The Pregnant Virgin.”
