Quiz: Do You Know Your Bible?

By Stephen Prothero

The Bible is the number one bestseller in American history, and today nearly two-thirds of Americans believe that it holds the answers to all or most of life's basic questions. Yet this scripture is revered far more than it is read. Only one-third of Americans know that Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount, and ten percent believe that Joan of Arc was Noah's wife.
