What do you recommend for people with health problems?
See a doctor, by all means! It doesn't hurt. You'll have worse health problems if you ignore those you have and try to wish them away. Losing weight and staying healthy is a team effort involving God, you, and your doctor. You’ll find that some health problems may go away when you lose weight.

Keep checking with your doctor, too, from time to time. Be your own advocate about your health care. Remember, if you don’t tell her you need help, she won’t know! And doctors are doctors because they care.
