Losing weight is not that hard. You don't have to go on an "all or nothing diet" and suddenly reduce your eating and increase your exercise dramatically. All you need to do is have only one serving at a time. Just have one helping. Just have one thing, not a multitude of sides. One is enough, you'll see if you give it a chance. Have one small thing, and ask God to help you let that be enough. Have one small plate of food at dinner or lunch, not piles in duplicate or triplicate!
