Instead of having huge amounts of foods you know are not healthy for you--foods that could steer you off the spiritual weight loss course--have just a taste.
Don’t order several sides at a restaurant; get one to share with everyone at your table, and just have a taste. At home, don’t serve yourself (or your family or friends) giant size portions of too many things – just have a taste of a little something, and let it go at that. When grocery shopping, don’t buy more than is healthy – stay on your food plan.
If it’s too hard for you to let it go after just one little taste, don’t have it at all. Don’t risk overeating.
