In trouble? Pain? About to harm yourself with too much food and inactivity? Try this... 1. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths. 2. Wrap your arms around yourself, then lovingly pat your head and stroke your face with one hand – imagining that you’re being held by your Holy Father (or Mother). 3. Silently repeat to yourself: "I'm OK. God is with me. I'm going to be OK." Believe this with all your mind and soul, because it's true. You are OK, because you're with God. No matter what happens. Please do not ever forget this. This is something you can do any time – and in any way that works for you. The important thing is to remind yourself that God is always with you, holding you, guiding you, carrying you through anything and everything.
