I recommend eating anything you like or crave in moderation. I believe you crave foods your body needs. (Be careful, though, you need to separate body cravings from poor eating habits.)
If you're seriously craving a particular food, like meat or fish - have it. Your body is telling you that you need protein. If you're dying for a piece of bread, or sweets - maybe you need carbohydrates.
If you’re craving vegetables, you may well need the vitamins and minerals veggies can offer.
I believe that God gave us mechanisms and instincts that lead us to what we truly need.
