Here's an excellent meditation to try today.
Stand still. Perfectly still on your own two feet.
Now starting with your toes, focus your mind on each part of your body. Move slowly up your legs, pelvis, torso, arms, neck and head. Take several minutes to really experience your entire body.
Feel the points where there is tension, and mentally release them. Feel the parts that are loose. Feel the ones that are warm, and those that are cold. Feel if you're holding energy, or where you're tired and worn.
Connect your mind and body together.
