Have no time to exercise at a hotel but still want to feel really great? Overcome your inertia and just get up out of the chair or bed and stretch for 10 minutes in your room. Put on the TV or radio and move to the beat of a good song or music video. Raise your arms one-at-a-time. Turn your head from side-to-side, then up and down. Wiggle your hips around in a circle. Pull one leg back, bend the other knee, and stretch your calves. Then switch legs. Do some push ups while standing against a a wall. Using your whole body, dance around and between the beds. Cool down with some more stretches. With arms behind your back, let your head dangle down for a few beats. Come up--take a few deep breaths, then arch back gently. Come back up--deep breaths. Do the same exercise slowly from side-to-side. Breathe in and out, deeply, then hold your breath for a few seconds between inhaling and exhaling. Many newer hotels and h motels have mini-fitness "centers" for free. They’re often little more than an exercise bike or treadmill, but are better than nothing.
