Go for a walk in the rain. Bring an umbrella, hat, and raincoat. Don't forget your galoshes! (Then again, it's ok to get wet. It won't hurt you. You'll survive.) Let the rain wash away your problems and sorrows. Let the pure water cleanse you of fear. Let all the tension flow away as the water washes over you. Then, once you're in from the wet, let the warmth of home and the light from the sun dry and soothe you. Breathe deeply the clean ozone air--cleansed, as you are. Fresh, alive--as you are. Let the water cleanse your body and your Spirit. Be refreshed and hydrated with the waters of Life!
