Did you overeat recently? Did you forget to be active today?
That's all in the past. Get back to following your program now, and ask for Divine Assistance for the power to do it.
Eat in balance, from all six food groups, eating in moderation (the lower number of servings in the ranges offered in the USDA Food Guide Pyramid).
Be active, hopefully for a minimum of 30 minutes a day (once you've worked up to it). Play sports, dance, walk, stretch, do yoga or kick-boxing. Find something you like to do, and do it. Take a class, or exercise with friends – it makes it more enjoyable.
Take time to be silent. Express your feelings, listen and care for others.
