As your life has natural cycles, so does your weight. Most people who have lost weight monitor themselves on a monthly basis. It's natural to fluctuate with weight; 3-5 pounds per month is normal. If it's more than that, do some little change to correct the variation. Don't do anything drastic, like severe, restrictive dieting, though. Just make a little change. A little less per meal, a little more daily activity. Keep your weight in balance with your own natural cycles. It is also very common for those who are in a weight loss cycle to have periods of no weight loss whatsoever at times. Don’t let yourself get discouraged when your weight "plateaus." That's normal. Just keep doing what you're doing, and the weight will slowly go down some more. Wait at least a month between getting on the scales. If your weight is the same, congratulate yourself and thank God for not gaining!
