Are you getting enough love? Are you giving your love away?
Be sure to allow yourself some time every day for love. Cuddle with your spouse or partner. Hug your kids. Tell each other you care.
Spend some time with your children, or your family every day. Hug your pet, caress your cat, wrestle with your doggie.
Make time to do something special with someone you treasure. It doesn’t have to cost anything… it could be just something different, like going for a drive or a walk in the woods, giving each other a neck and shoulder massage, or just taking turns: talking and listening.
What’s love got to do with it? (I feel a song coming on!) Many many clients of mine tell me they’re lonely, and wish they were in a relationship. I’ve noticed a connection between loneliness and weight problems. My theory is this: if you’re loved, and you love then you won’t have a weight problem!
