Are you following your food plan, or are you still continuing to eat, unabated and non-stop? Ask yourself why you’re doing this harm to yourself. What’s motivating it? Depressed? Bored? Frustrated? Lonely? Nervous? Think about your answer the next time you’re about to self-abuse with too much food. What’s really going on underneath the behavior? What do you need? More love and affection? Or are you just into a habit? Are you actually hungry, or are you eating for some other reason? Understanding why you overeat is an important part of changing your life.
