Dear Lord, I pray that you protect Pam during these troubling times. I ask that let her sense your presence and kindness in her darkest moments and provide her with a quiet courage, faith and determination. Lord please lighten her burden, and lighten her heart and provide her with the tools she needs to head in the right direction. I pray Lord that a day never goes by when she cannot sense how much you truly care for her. In Jesus' name. Amen.

First of all, if the suicidal thoughts persist, you may wish to see a psychologist or some sort of professional for possible depression. In any event, I pray that God is with you, blessing your circumstances and guiding you through them for the best. Amen!

Almighty God, we pray for Your blessings on our sister, Pam. Bring her comfort in the knowledge of Your sure provision, and heal her from her affliction, we pray. We ask also that You comfort her children and loved ones, in the name of Jesus Christ - amen.

Father God, You know this child and you are the protector of her children. you know how to fight this battle for her, so I come to you, requesting that you let your love, blessing, and mercy fall down on her. God you know the people you've placed to help her, God put her in their path. Give her the angels of finances, the angles of friendship and love. She needs you father and i know you won't let her down. Amen

Dear Pam,

We're sorry you feel so badly right now. It sounds as if you would benefit from talking to a caring person who is trained to help. We have three resources you could try. We hope you will contact one of them as soon as possible. You deserve to get help, and to get it sooner rather than later.

1. If you are in the U.S., call 1-800-SUICIDE any time, day or night. When you call this free number, you will be connected immediately to a caring, trained counselor in your region. The sooner you make this call, the better. (http://hopeline.com/)

2. If you can hold on for a few days, free anonymous crisis counseling is available by e-mail from an international charity called The Samaritans (http://www.samaritans.org/talk_to_someone.aspx) Send an e-mail to jo@samaritans.org and you will receive a caring response within 24 hours.

3. There is a website you may find helpful, called http://www.metanoia.org/suicide

You are in our prayers.

It took me nine years of pleading to the Mental Health Center for help. They finally realized I needed help. I never gave up. My family and friends prayed for me.I started with a Therapist.Who knew a Dr. who knew a group of people who help each other. Please don't give up.
