Hi, I am breast cancer survior who can tell that God will be with you during your cancer treatments. God help me through my chemo and radiation and also can help you. No matter what the doctor says Doctor Jesus can solve it. My prayer for you today my sister in christ is to stay encourage and know that what ever happen he is away with you and can heal you. Dear Juanita, You are going to be fine! I know how scared you are...I was stage 1 HER2NEU+ breast cancer, had a partial mastectomy in April, with my sentinal node biopsy showing negative for cancer in the nodes and began chemo in June. I have 2 cycles of chemo to go thru and then radiation. You will lose your hair, but you know what? I LOVE being bald? I met a man after my diagnosis and we are now engaged to be married. You are in good hands, Juanita, I will pray for you and your family as you go through chemo and other treatments. There are a number of agencies that can help with the side affects and recovery aspects of breast cancer. I know a lot of my friends and a niece about 40 who have come out on the other side doing well. My husbands' single old maid aunts both were long time survivors(20+)years. I will pray for you. Chemotherapy is not a picnic. I went through this when I was 10 years old. I am now 37 and I have been diagnosed with precancer cells in my left breast. I had my 2nd surgery Friday to have the rest of the precancer removed. I will get my pathology report back Wednesday which will determine whether or not I will need a masectomy. I pray that God will walk beside you to help you and your family through this. He's with me and I know he will be there for you.
