Lord, Please be with all those in recovery. Stay with those who are so close to my heart. Keep them strong. Help me to understand why it seems to never end & why I am always fighting for the same thing. I am not sure I can handle losing another person to this war. Please give me strength to do what is best. Bless me with patience and understanding. Keep all those I love safe. Help them to see a better way. Bless all who come here to pray. Lord, another beautiful woman was lost to heroin this week. Her funeral is today. Be with her family & friends & all those who love her. Give them comfort & peace. Lord, please take her in your arms and keep her safe. Help her loved ones through today. Give them strength & the knowledge that she is now at peace with You. Amen.

Sweet Jesus,
Please help my son to stay strong and resist all temptations. He really needs strength especially this first week of sobriety. Help me to do and say the right things and show him how much he is loved. Also I pray for all people with addictions that they may find strength and healing in you my lord. I ask through Jesus our Lord and Savior.

Lord please help me to stop smoking cigarettes. I am physically and chemically dependent. My will is strong but my flesh is not.

Lord,please help me in overcoming my own addiction.Also please help me in making a choice in my relationship. I can't change him and I know right now I need to be focusing on getting myself better but my mind is too focused on a man that has nothing himself and is addicted to my drug of choice. No matter how hard it is please give me the strength to be strong and make the right decisions and accept my families love instead of trying to push them away, knowing they have my best intrest at heart and don't want me to mess up my life more than I have. Lord, Our Heavenly Father, I humbly ask of you to heal your people who know no better but to try to reach happiness through wordly means. I pray for the lonely, the destitute, the hungry, the lost, and the addicted to know you and heal their bodies and minds through your grace and mercy. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

Dear Lord,
I pray for all who are suffering from addiction. Please help them and their families to stay strong. Help the addicted to see their family truely loves them and not the drug, they are using. Help their families to understand that the drug is charge of their loved one right now and that deep down the love for them is still there and love can conquer all. Also Lord I ask that you give my son strength today. It is his first day back to work. I know he is not happy with his place of employment, please help him to stay strong till he is able to find another job and not resort back to his habit. I ask this through Christ our Lord Amen

I haven't been on the site for a long time it seems but I come in request of prayer. I am meeting with Taylor's Tacher and therapists tomorrow and I'm meeting them with my ex and his new wife. Which he hates me, he told me again today. So I pray I can bree strong and hold my head high when i walk into the room and I can keep my cool and not fight with him or her and do whats best for T. Give mee strengtjh and patience please amen

I ask that you all with through prayer help me stop my cigarette addiction. I'll being praying everyday but I need some more help.

Lord in Heaven; hear my prayer.
Lord Jesus Christ, that you for my family. For bringing us back together. Don't ever let us drift again. Continue to guide us with your gentle hand, Lord. Place your hand upon Jason Ryan. Give my son the help he needs. Let justice be heard/fair. Lord let him come home. Change his life to be postive; to believe in the Holy Word; to have faith in You and in himself. For some reason, your April 23rd post really stood out to me today. You sounded frustrated and tired. I don't usually connect with you on this site. You always seemed somewhat standoffish to me or maybe it was me who was being standoffish but I happened to click on your beliefs and I too believe (or at least hope that this is the case) that you choose what problems, addictions etc. that you will encounter during your lifetime. And I never really thought about being able to choose friends - but if that is true, I did a good job on that one, because I have many that are outstanding. I pray that your energy is renewed and that God gives you strength to endure whatever it is that you need to conquer.

I would like to pray for my friend Shiela (not her real name). She is an addict - alcohol and drugs and she is very sweet and kind and giving. She has helped me financially - she helped me buy a home and she makes sure I alwasy have enough money to buy the things I need. No strings attached. She just won a lot of money and now she can help me if I need it. I pray that God blesses her for her generosity and I pray that someday soon she will find true happiess.

There is nothing worse than having that stronghold on you..I hope he was a man of God, inwhich I'm sure he was..many addicts are strong spiritual believers in only society that is undereducated about the sickness that denied him...May he rest in peace...roxgd4u

Lord we bind the spirit of fear that will not allow those that are suffering to seek for your guidance and me pray that the effectual fervent prayers of the righteous availeth much. WE know that they will not overide your will so Lord we pray that your will is that they be delivered and their spirits be renewed.

O Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy upon my child fallen under the snares of drugs and wicked people; and as Thou lovest him with a love much more perfect than mine own, restore him to YOU to his family, friends; LORD HEAR MY PLEA! Lord, show Jason his faults; let him acknowledge all his actions; be truthful to himself; to YOU his Savior; Lord help him to overcome where he is now. Please bring my son home to us. Bring him home by the end of this summer. Let justice show truth; The judge/jury have been chosen in heaven; Free Jason of this illness; Bring him home. I need this young man in my life. Don't let them take him from me. In Jesus name, I ask, Amen.

Sweet Jesus hear my plea; Bring my son home. I received his letter yesterday - my heart aches, please bring him home. Let all fail in that court room. Let the lies be known. Open the Judge's & Jurys' eyes, ears & hearts everytime they hear my sons name. Let them see the hate & lies coming from Kelly. Please Lord I beg of you, help my boy. This family needs your light upon us, through us to heal, to be strong, to live the life we are suppose to live, through you. Give us strength to endure. Lord send your angles to protect, guard & guide my children, my mother, my David, my Joel, my Shannon, my Emma, my Ethan, my Ezra, my Stacey and my Jason. Fill this house with your presense at all times. Keep all evil at a distance. Bring my son home, Lord. Let Jason walk out - freedom - leave all behind - start anew at home. Please Lord.

My name is arthur and i have made a mess of my life and i may end up in
jail because of it please pray for me so that wont happen, I have a
very sick mother with emphysema and a sick wife and they need me to take
care of them please pray for me so i can keep helping them and not end

I pray that you forgive us all for falling weak to evil and sin and I pray that you give us mercy as we ask forgiveness and to begin a fresh start. Lord, please help anyone who struggles with addiction of any kind. I have an unhealthy addiction to food and writing checks, even when there is no money. Please help me to stop this, I know it is wrong and it is not the kind of person I want to be, or for my daughter to learn to be. Help me to be a good mother and be strong enough to resist temptation. This is not who I want to be. Please help anyone who has an addiction, because it all starts from the same sickness and sadness. GOSPEL Matt 8 1/13 Jesus the Healer

At that time, when Jesus came dow from the mountain, great crowds followed Him. And suddenly a lepere advanced, did Him homage, and said to Him, "Lord, if you will to do so, you can make me clean." He streatched our His hand, touched him and said, "I will to do so. Be clean." Immediately he was clean of leprosy. Then He said to him, "See that you tell no one. Simply go and show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift Moses prescribed. That will be a proof for theim." After He had entered Capharnaum, a centurion approached Him with this urgent request, "Lord my boy is at hime in bed paralyzed, suffering terribly." He said to him, "I will come and cure him." "Lord," replied the centurion, "I am not worthy to have You enter my house. Just give an order, and my boy will get better. I myself know how authority works. I have soldiers under me, and if I give one man the order, "On your way," off he goes; or another the order, "Come here," he comes. If I tell my slave, "Do this," he does it."
Jesus was surprised to hear this and He remarked to His followers, "I assure you, I have never found an Israelite with your faith as great as this. Mark My words! Many from east and west will come and find place at the banquet in the Kingdom of Heaven with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, while the natural heirs of the kingdom will be driven outside into the darkness, where they will wail and gnash their teeth." To the centurion Jesus said, "Go home, It shall be done in answer to your faith." The boy got better that very moment.

The right hand of the Lord has struck with power;
the right hand of the Lord as exalted me.
I shall not die, but live, and declaire the works of the Lord.
