Prayer Circles

It has been atleast a year since my last post. I think of you often Sandy and the encouraging words you share. God Bless you. I guess it had been to long since I posted and Lisa's Post is no longer here. I am disappointed, but maybe it is time to next the next step in my process of lossing her. Hello Angel Moms, :) It has taken me two days to get here! :) Sometimes I forget my password and they keep sending it to my old email address. Well, I finally remembered the password there and got the password to get in here. :) I am now so tired, I will not post a VClay rambler; just wanted to check in to see if everyone is holding on to God's unchanging hand. For He is our strength. My 95 year old Auntie just called, so I must make this short and go check on her, and come back on later. Hi Cheryl, Just want you to know I have written to Beliefnet staff to see if our memorials can still be accesed. I will let you know what I find out. Wheh they made major changes here, I lost my username and password, but was still able to access Diane's memorial site for a while. Now, I am at a loss. I sure hope they still carry them.

Hello Cheryl, when you said that Lisa's post was no longer here, did you mean a memorial you had done in her memory? If so,you might want to look under the title Memorials. It's been years since I did created a memorial for my daughter, Diane, and I kept searching and found it is still listed it the directory under the title Memorials. It's been a little over a year I think since I posted there, but I was so happy to find it again. :)God bless Beliefnet for their understanding and compassion. :)

Okay angel moms/dads, if you have a special prayer request please don't hesitate to let it be known. Sometimes, it helps to let it out, and there is no better place to do that than here, where you will find love, compassion, understanding, and never will you be judged. :)

Carrik- So sorry for your loss. It must be very hard for you. And still new!

DEnvergirl- The first holiday? oh yes the first everything is very hard. Birthday, oh wow. We only take one minute, one hour, and one day at a time. Then one year at a time.
We here understand that when the funeral is over we DO NOT go back to the way it was. We DO NOT "get over it" We ajust to what it has to be to continue without a piece of us.

Jesus. watch over these who have "lost" someone> Let them know that you have "gained" someone. Let them understand that you have gained another angel in heaven for each one that was "lost" to us here on earth. Let them realize that you had to take them home for whatever reason and that we don't need to know why right now. It will become apparent at some time in the future. We need to just trust in what you have done.

Anita, please know that you also are in my heartfelt prayers on your precious and beloved Kimberly's heavenly date. I wanted so badly to post to you this morning, but as luck would have it, i ended up going to WK-Emergency Room for COPD. And, as I told the ER Dr. "That was NOT in my plans!" ha-ha! :) All that emergency stuff they did worked ok after about 30 min, then I rested a couple hours before the let me go. Once, i checked myself outp but not THIS time! I am still not out of the woods though because I was told my insurance would not help pay for a refill on my emergency inhaler until Dec. 11th. So please everyone ... say a prayer for me to make it until then. It is all about money!!! :) Still, i am counting my blessings, 'cause i was able to drive myself to the hospital; which was right across the street from WalMart Super store where I had gone to replace the one I misplaced or mistakenly threw out. With insurance the cost is $25, but without ins, i was told it would be $159. Ha-ha! So I told the pharmacist I think I will wait the four days. :) Of course, I will not hesitate to go back to emergency room if necessary; which i am sure will cast more in the end. Anyway, enough about me. :) Didn't mean to write one of my ramblers on both your special date and also Selva's. I will try to get back later tonight to catch up on reading. Until then, my love to all and God's peace and blessings.

Hi dear Charlene, I pray for you all the time. I hope things are going well with you. I also prayed a special prayer for peace and fond memories for you on your precious and beloved Casey Marie's & Carey Grace's HD. I am sure all the angel moms who were quite active back then prayed for you also. Sadly, as time marches on, we cannot always get here as often as we wish; therefore might miss posting on time. But praise God, we all understand that the prayers of all are on going even when we can't get a post in sometimes for months, or for some, a year or two or more. But they are so very special to our circle of love and always will be, because all have lost a beloved child or best friend or other loved one. So we can, indeed, relate to each other's grief and pain. One thing in always understood; Once a member, always a member!:) Because we can relare to a newly bereaved parent's grief and pain, we just keep right on praying even when we cannot get here to post and let them know. And that is okay, because God hears all prayers! I pray that each angel mom and angel dad; family member or best friend, will feel the spirit filled results of our collective prayers! As always: "To God be the glory!" :)

Hi again ya'll, :) My hands are still shaking, but I just had to come back on to let ya'll know i have my inhaler!!! "NO CHARGE!"supplied by one of God's earth angels... "Spiritually" signed... Love, God! :)

////// if I haven't already said it, thanks for posting our Special Dates List for December. When i get my new PC, i am going to copy the entire list. Right now though my old PC is running out of memory. My son-in-law will try to add some more memory and save some important files, or make backup copies??? Anyway, he told me, "Mom, please don't download anything else until I can get a chance to come by and clean up your files..." ... and add this or that, etc. I can't help but laugh because I still don't know dada about PC repair. :) Gotta go!

We all have to lean on each other for comfort and support. People are nice but they just dont know what to say. My son was murdered and the grieving process is overshadowed by the upcoming murder trial. We pray for the day we can begin to properly grieve for our son. He was only 19 yrs. old and all his hopes and dreams are gone. I feel for all who have lost a child because it isnt right, it just isnt right. There is something wrong with this world that a child can be so easily taken from their loved ones. I can only ask why God would put us through this and especially what our children went through. The suffering will never end. I can only wish other peace, love and understanding. Deb
