Prayer Circles

Hello, I recently and tragically lost my 27 year old Son...the pain of losing him is so profound and feels as if it may be a grief for which there truly isn't any healing. Yesterday I went to my first Grief Share Support Group Meeting. I believe it helped some. I ask for prayer for my family and especially my younger Son who is also having a terrible time grieving his brother. Thanks you.

I pray for your journey through grief. It is a hard , long road to be on but there will come a time in the years to come that it will get easier to make it through each day. It will never "go away". It will always be there.
Loosing our children is something we never could prepare for.
I pray for you, your families, and your friends and co-workers that will not know what to say to you.

I have a nefew who was just in a bad car accident and need prayers, could be paralized if he makes it.

To Shaner and all others who have lost a child....my thoughts and prayers for you and your loved ones go out to you. Bless each one of the children...all of whom are taken too soon, leaving their parents to mourn their loss. For every child in heaven, an angel sits on the right hand side of God, forever watching over us, and at peace. And bless the parents who grief for their chidren, and give them strength and solace...until the day they are once again united.

To all of those who are at this site today I lift you up in prayer and ask that God in his greatness and richest blessings will heal the broken hearted show his mercy and lead you to that special place that he has for each of us and comforts your hearts and brings new joy into our lives. Father continue the healing proce4ss for each person here and let us each know and feel your presence in our lives. We love you Lord even in this our time of grief touch each heart and mend us all. Amen

Today is the second birthday that Daryl has not been here to enjoy. I think this is called the "sweet" birthday, as he would have been 23 on the 23rd. Thank you for your prayers and support. I am praying for all you new parents -- I hope you feel the outpouring of love and support from those you know, and from those you do not know-- we are lifting you each day. I know that prayer support has indeed helped us. Can't help by still miss my baby boy, though--especially on these special days. Joyce

Dear Heavenly Father I PRAY to you PLEASE LORD lift us up off the ground that we have fallen face down on sobbing with broken hearts. PLEASE GOD make our hurts less. Father YOU know our PAIN. LORD only you can comfort us. PLEASE LORD help each and every one of us that are walking this pain ridden path. MERCY dear lord PLEASE send your sweet forgiving MERCY down upon us LORD.
You know lord how HEAVY this burden is!PLEASE GOD lift it off of us so that we may began to heal. LORD I AM BEGGING YOU with all that is in me please send angels to help us battle this HUGE despair and pain. Send them to comfort each and every one of us here and all across this world that you have created.

My sweet Lord, I do not know why you take such small children. I am a bit angry with that. I hope you help me and the family of this child to realize why you do what you do. For what purpose. It's the cruelest thing I have witnessed you to do. I pray for angels to wrap their wings around this family and also my mother who lost his seven month old. Please give them peace, please let them feel you in their hearts and keep them close. Do not let these sheep go far from you the almighty shepherd. In your name I pray.

Dear heavenly Father I pray that you will lift us up each and every one of us dear Lord. Please help pull us through another day. Please let us feel you at work in our lives instead of us feeling alone on this long lonely path.
PLEASE GOD I NEED you we ALL NEED you and your MERCY! Take this hurt dear GOD PLEASE take just some of it as it is to hard to carry by ourselves. Show us the way Dear Lord. Some of us are SO lost and DO NOT know which way to go. Help me Lord to mind my sharp tongue as not to inflict more hurt upon those that I love so much. They are already hurting enough too. Please lift up all of us in this big world that you have created. We LOVE you God and we THANK you for the blessings you have sent down to us. I am SO sorry if I am unable to see them all right now, forgive me PLEASE.

Lord bless all the parents that loss a child..bless my sweet son who has been in your care for the last 23 yrs..He was Stillborn at 36 weeks

Dear heavenly Father I come again today begging for you to ease our pain. Pleading with you to dry our tears. I am so very weak Lord Please hold me and all of us up. We are all in the same boat of hurt and agony. Please Jesus just for a day or an hour or for 5 MINUTES give some reprieve. We are broken. We are imperfect as it is with this unbearable weight of loss upon us we are even more fallible. Please Jesus send your Angels to hold us and battle way the terrible sadness that has entered our minds,hearts,body's and souls.
Thank you for the blessing you have sent to each and every one of us. Forgive us if we can NOT count them right now. Help us to see these blessings Lord open our eyes to them.

I too lost a child, my son Joshua. He was only 7 years old.I need your prayers desperately, I am so sad and have lost all joy in my life. I will remember you in my prayers! Joshua Lyle Smith was blessed with his angel wings on January 14th 2007, following a dreadful snowmachine accident. His final hours were spent surrounded by family and friends that Joshua had touched in an enormous way throughout his short, yet very unforgettable life.
please pray for me and my kids i have two girl that r 4 and 1~~!!they need God grace to help them..

Dear Heavenly Father I come before yet again today to pray for your sweet comfort. You gentle nudge into the correct path that we each must walk. Lord PLEASE help ease the hurt off EACH and EVERY one of us that is feeling this tremendous PAIN way down deep in our souls. I PRAY for the mamas,the daddy's,the grandparents,brothers,sisters aunts uncles and those that feel like family LORD these bonds are all so deep and strong Lord almighty. You know the love for children as we are your children.
Please COMFORT the MOURNING LORD as your good book has said. Help open our eyes to the blessings we have been bestowed. In Christ name I PRAY.

Father in Heaven I lift each of these parents up in your presence that you will touch their hearts their minds and their souls and heal the pain associated with the loss of a child. We have all felt the pain and sorrow but we know that you are with each one. There are those who are weeping now and some who are at just a slightly peaceful place wanting to ask why and not sure just what to pray for. Father I lift them up and pray that your healing touch will reach their hearts and mend them as only you can do. Amen

To all angel moms and dads who have lost a beloved child,I am deeply sorry to read of your loss and I have remembered you in my heartfelt prayers and will continue to do so for as long as I am here. This is especially true for our newly bereaved who have posted prayer request since I last sumitted a prayer post, and also for all who have special days this month. I pray that God will continue to give everyone those precious moments of peace for which we pray daily.

I too know the pain of losing a beloved child. I lost my 36 year old daughter, Diane, due to a drunken driving crash involving 2 cars and 2 pickup trucks. Diane was the front seat passenger in one of the cars. Although it will be 12 long years come Aug. 31, there are times when it seems like yesterday.

Thank God through the years, the pain has settled into that quiet sadness that our dear angel mom Sandy has spoken of many times through the years.

I also thank God for Sandy, Selva, and so many other angel moms who through the years have shared their own pain with so many,[because in the beginning it feels like no one could possibably go on living with such pain!]I also thank all the many angel moms/dads who have shared their own pain and loss here with us and so much compassion, understanding and support even as they grieve.

It still amazes me how I happened up on this prayer circle so many years ago. I knew very little about computers and had never heard of Beliefnet or online prayer circles! All of a sudden, I was here! I know now it was a blessing from up above. :)

I have been a member now for a long time, but it’s been a while since I've submitted a post due to open heart surgery and other health issues. However, like many other angel moms/dads, I still come and read as often as possible, and my prayers are ongoing for all bereaved parents, family members, and friends of our precious and beloved angel children who left us much too soon.:(

To our newer members, a warm welcome to our circle of love/support/compassion/ and understanding. FYI, most of my past post are listed under the user-name LOVE2U and I believe Diane’s memorial might still be listed under Beverly Diane Clay - Beloved Daughter. I thank you in advance for your prayers; especially on the 16Th and 31st of this month. Always remember, if you have lost a beloved child, [no matter when or how it happened], you are in my thoughts which places you in my heartfelt prayers!

Dear God in heaven,
We know you have our children there,
Please keep them in your holy care!
Please let them know not a day goes by,
That in our hearts, our souls still cry.
Oh God in heaven we miss them so!!!
We wish they did not have to go. :(
Still ... home to heaven all must return,
For that, we thank you, Oh Holy One!

An Angel Mom’s Special Day

Special days are always hard
But even though we are far apart
We always know within our hearts
We share each others pain

No matter whether night or day
We never will forget to pray
That God will help us bear our grief
Throughout our special days

Though special days will come and go
There is always one thing that we know
Our Lord provides the help we need
As we go along our way

We know that God is on our side
Our special day needs He will provide
Within His grace we shall abide …
Until our work here is through

We therefore hold on to His hand
As we travel through this unfair land
Because with our children we know someday
Before His throne we will stand
And, Oh … what A Special Day that will be!!!

[Sandy you KNOW I miss AngelaXO and the beautiful graphics she chose to display many of the poems I wrote for bereaved parents at thespearofstrenth.com THANK YOU again for the detective work you did in helping to get some of my poems on the www. Maybe I will get my site up again someday!] :)But no one could ever replace our Angela and all the wonderful work she did on behalf of all bereaved parents, and prayers she prayed for all. She was truly an earth angel God love her. :) Like our angel kids, I know she is watching over us! :)
PS: Feel good to be back! :) Getting sleepy so I will catch up on reading back post this weekend. We have a funeral down home tomorrow and plan to leave around 6:30 AM, so I'd better get some rest.
