Prayer Circles

Lord, I pray for strength, courage and the ability to live each day to it's fullest, even though I have this dreaded disease, which I give to you with the hope of helping me get better. In Christ's name, Amen.

Father I pray in your precious sons name Jesus that you will be with all these people who have chronic diseases, bless them Lord and give them the grace to with stand all that they have to go through. Father I know not most of their problems but I know that whatever the problem is you can take care of it. Lord you know that I know how they feel for I have the end lung stage of emphysema, and its hard to deal with. Lord you know there are times I do ok and times I can't even get out of bed so I know some of what these people are going through. Its an everyday struggle but thank God your Grace is sufficient to supply all our needs. Lord I thank you for giving me this Grace and ask you to bestow it upon all others in this prayer circle. Lord I just found this circle but Praise your name its something I needed and something all of us needed. Now Lord just Bless each and everyone of us, and help us Father even though we are sick to do you will and to always honor you and glorify your name. And help me Lord that I might be able to help someone here. And I'll not forget to bow my unworthy head and give you the praise and the thanks for it all in Jesus name I pray, Amen. God Bless Anyone praying for me in this circle. You have blessed my life in the short time. I do have to take more medicine but it is all right. I pray for all of you too. I pray for strength, courage, and wisdom to keep you all going. I pray for my best friend with Rheumatoid Arthritis, my grandmother who is 81 and on dialysis. I pray for all those suffering with depression, I pray God gives you strength to do the simple things in life. Last, I pray for myself and my epilepsy, I just pray I keep my driver's license. i would like for everyone to remember my mother in prayer, she has just been diagnose with stage 3 lung cancer, she has just had a lung removed and will be starting chemo. also my daughter who is 14 has been having terrible stomach cramping for a while now she is due to undergo a colonoscopy on the 12th please pray for guidance for the mds in diagnosing and treating her, and alos to ease her fears.

I just found this site tonight. Already I feel blessed. Thank you all for your prayers for one another. My father has alzheimers. He is almost gone from us mentally but will probably live quite a while physically. Pray for my brother and me as we fight step sister and brother who are attacking him financally. just found this site, my husband has crohns, he's had it for 20 years, has been doing fine till now, he had a heart attack in May of 2001 and it seems since then all went wrong. He was in thehospital in Feb.with bleeding and clots, they cortirsed (don't no if spelled right)but he's has been weak and always tired. He's getting Iron shots and Procrit to help his blood but it's just taking long.
I pray for all who have this problem, that God helps all sickness.

Father God, I would like to pray for the pray circle. I would like to pray for healing. I would like to pray for comfort for hurting hearts. I would like pray for strength to keep going everyday to each of these men and women. Lord I know it is hard because you often want to reach out and do something and you can not. Give me the strength to accept the things I can not change. Give my grandmother strength when dialysis beats her down, give my best friend strength when her aches and pains get her down from Rheumatoid Arthritis. I pray for my Church member who has cervical cancer and is still taking care of her five children. Give her strength, courage, and wisdom to continue on. My prayer for myself is that you just let me be a blessing to someone else. I must say thank you for a new job. I pray I can keep it and I stay healthy. In Jesus I pray AMEN

I am new here, and ask that someone here prays for me. I have uterine fibroid tumors that have left me with serious complications. I have no health insurance, and what medication I was on previously left me sicker.
Please pray for me. I am so scared that this will lead to infertility, which would be even worse that the pain. Please pray for me. Thank you, and thank you God for helping me find this site. Amen

Dear God
I am praying that someday that my mother will be cured of all of her illness. Please keep her in your daily prayers. She has diabetes, high blood pressure, a stroke, 2 heart attacks and is a bilateral amputee. Please pray for me to give me the strength to go on.

I would like for every one to say a short prayer for me- I suffer from fibromyalgia and the pain that comes with it>emotional pain,physical pain, mental pain, and even spiritual pain. I HAVE JUST FOUND THIS PRAYER CIRCLE ON THIS WEBSITE. I SUFFER FROM A CHRONIC PAIN CONDITION. IT IS CALLED: CHRONIC PELVIC PAIN, CAUSED BY, DENSE, MASSIVE PELVIC ADHESIONS, SCAR TISSUE AND ENDEMETROSIS. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL PAIN MANAGEMENT CLINICS IN THE PAST AND THE LAST ONE KICKED ME OUT. I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT ON 3/19/02. PLEASE PRAY FOR ME THAT I WILL GET THE MEDICATION THAT I NEED TO SURVIVE AND HAVE MY, "QUALITY OF LIFE" BACK, TO PERFOEM MY JOB DUTIES.

I pray for all that have any disease or ailment. We all realize that any sickness impacts on many. I pray that healing power touches all who read this and I ask for prayer for myself as I try to find the source of my pain. I ask in Jesus name for healing and pain relief. In Jesus Christ name. Amen

I have just come across your site and I am very thankful to have done so. I ask for prayer for my mother-in-law who is 90 years old and has cancer. I pray that the Lord will put his healing hand on her and make her well.

Chrissy, I am praying for you.....Your words touched my heart and soul. i, too, had endometreiosis. i suffered for 20 years and thru 17 surgeries. I went to a fertility specialist and did get pregnant! It was after a year of being a guina pig for the fda on a study for a new drug that had not been approved yet and it worked! It is called Lupron and now it is approved and widely used as a treatment for endo. IThat was 10 years ago. I had an ovary removed and still got pregnant a second time 3 years later. The ironic thing is that i finally had a complete hysterectomy in May of 1999 and it was not due to endo.....It was pelvis relaxation! I had over 150 sutures inside as they had to tack everything else up, back bowel wall, bladder, the whole nine years.....The sad thing is I have no female parts and yet I still suffer with chronic pelvic pain! If I knew now what I knew then, I would never have had the surgery........My suggestion is to see no Dr. except one that is profeesionally called a "fertility specialist" and to find a Dr. that does "alternative medicine". I too had no insurance, but was able to find drs. that could help me.....Just by looking and searching and not giving up. i live in montana and had to drive to denver,co. a thousand miles away, once a month, to be on the fDA study(they gave me $200 a month to make the drive), and all treatment was free. It was a university hospital that is there for learning......There are ways to find what you need, IF you can keep on trucking and have faith. Sometimes it is so hard to keep going, but......
I hear it will be worth it in the end.....

Dear Lord:

I am in continual pain both physically and emotionally. The emotional pain is in fact caused by the physical pain. I cannot find the foods that I can eat that do not exasperate the physical pain. Please help me find a source for this food so that I am not stuck eating foods that cause a allergic reaction by increasing my physical pain.

Lord I also pray for all the others that have asked for prayer for their physical disabilites that you will give them comfort and ease their suffering and if that is not possible please give them your peace to know that this is your perfect will for them right now and that it is for your glory for right now.

I pray that God will bring healing and take away the pain of everyone suffering from chronic diseases. I also ask that you pray for my son who is HIV positive and very depressed. It is hard on our whole family to live with this disease knowing that at some point he will no longer be with us. I pray for every family facing the same problems.

I suffer from Fibromyalgia,Myofascial Pain Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue, PTSD, depression, pyriformis syndrome, and SI joint dysfunction. People look at me and think I am healthy because they can't see these diseases, or the unrelenting pain and fatigue that I go through 24/7. I have been fighting for my disability since 1998, and I need it desparately. I thank each of you for your prayers and thoughts, and I am thankful that I have a place to go to for support. Hi Prayer Circle....It is I again. Silverlobo4, I hear you and understand. You will be in my prayers always, as well as everyone else in this prayer circle. I too have Fibro, CFS, Myofacial Pain, PTSD, TMJ, chronic back pain, pelvic relaxation,irratable bowel syndrome, spastic colon.I also have tendonitis and so much more that is associated with fibro that I can't remember all until I once again suffer from whatever it is that decides to flare up at the time. I am bipolar. I am also an addict that is most of the time in recovery although that is very hard to do. (stay in recovery and not look for an escape from the pain, either physical or mental or emotional.
It is a tough life to live!!!! But this is what God has given me and I guess He has given me the tools to get through it with dignity. And Grace. Those are the things that I am just learning in my life and my attitude is better. My children (6 and 9) have a better life because I turned to God as well. I am also a single mother and live on ss disability.
I am limited depending on what I am experiencing on the activities that I can do, as you know. I often feel as though my children would be better off with a "normal" parent, however, God gave them to me to raise in His image, and I am doing the best that I can, trying to stay gratefull for what I have, rather than resentfull for the life of pain and suffering that I am faced with. I do know that support and prayer help tremendously. I know that a gratefull attitude helps. I also know that a peacefull and stress-free, serene life makes a difference with my pain. When I am emotionally upset, or stressed, I feel so much more pain. I have learned that if I work on the inside, the outside gets better.
I also watch my diet carefully, take a ton of vitamins each and every day. I go to physical therapy 3 times a week and also a chiropractor 3 times a week, whether I feel good enough to go or not. I see my dr. every month as well. I read as much as I can on my diseases and try to stay in control(with God)so that I do not become overwhelmed. Winters are hard as I also suffer from SAD and there is not enough light and I get extremely depressed. It is worse on me physically when I am depressed. I pray all the time and I also pray for people who know, understand and their support. That I can easily offer to others.
I am an attractive, thin, 36 year old woman who does NOT "look" disabled and the people that know me(family, even) do not see a severly disabled person. i have been called lazy, a whiner,a hypochondriac, and my family does not even try to support me as they are only concerned with the negative way that it effects them. As time goes on, though, they are beginning to "get it".
My only continual support has been God, when I am not busy thinking He has abandoned me or blaming Him......
Thank you for posting and Thank you, God, for bringing more and more to this sight for all of us who need the understanding. I have seen Your miracles, God, and proof is right here in this sight. I pray for acceptence of your will for us all, dear Lord! Only you know why we must suffer so and it is through your grace that we can endure the pain of our lives. I pray for knowledge and strangth, god, so that I may live my life to the fullest and with gratefullness. I pray that i can gain the wisdom needed to maintain my health with the clues that you give through others who suffer with the ailments and through the wisdom of the medical profeesion. Hello and thank God for this site. I've had type 1 Sugar Diabetes since I was 16 months of age in 1963. I have also developed high blood pressure. Due to years of medical bills I could not cover I'm going bankrupt unless the Lord intervenes with a miracle. Ontop of this the Lord is calling me into missionary work with Mercy Ships as soon as I raise the support I need.The book A More Excellent Way may help all of us. It has with me in dealing with my condition and touches on many of your prayer concers. God Bless and I hope this helps.

I am in desperate need of prayers once again. I haven't been here in quite awhile, but I am glad this prayer circle is still here. I may need a bypass in my right leg now. As some of you know, I already had four bypasses done on my left leg and then had to have it amputated in 1999. I am still trying to deal with that. For those of you who dont know, I have a circulatory disease called PVD, {Peripheal Vascular Disease}, a blood clotting disorder. I keep getting these flashbacks back to 1999 because to me, bypass=amputation. I can barely walk on my right foot due to the pain I get in my calf area. I am supposed to be getting baptized on 3/30 and I want to be up and walking. I have the okay from my surgeon to keep going to Catechism classes and then to mass afterwards. It's not easy trying to walk with the prosthetic leg I already have because of my right leg. But I am determined to get baptized with my class. So please, pray for me that I won't need this bypass and hopefully the clot can just be removed. You can email me at pezziepaddlesny@webtv.net. I have a freind who has had lupis since he was 16 years old. He is now 37 I believe. He needs a job and medical insurance. He also needs to come into a fuller relationship with Jesus. I have another freind who is working part time only. He suffers from depression, is overweight, and chronic chest pains. His marriage is suffering.
