this is my first time to write to you people. i have been stressed and i'm still stressed coz i have just lost the love that i thought i knew was going to be there for me always. i really need prayers and it is hard for me to let go of him. i broke up with my boyfriend coz of disagreements and i guess i was insecure seeing him with other girls.i am so stressed up and this has made me loose hope. i tend to blame myself for the act but then when i think of the bad things he used to do, i hate him more.i dont want to hate him and i still want him back.i tried to explain to him what was wrong with me but he just couldnt listen to me and this hurts the most. i really need someone to talk to. i am a student and the exams are nearing and i just cant concentrate. please help me. i will be very grateful.

Kisher, you are in my prayers for strength to get through each day and to do okay on your exams. Sometimes people go out of our lives so someone else can come in. Lord, heal her hurts.

God Bless All, please I ask for prayer that the Lord touch my emotions,I have been divorced for 10 months and really having a hard time being alone. My ex is in another relationship. We are born again so that is making it hurt even more,seeing that our marriage could be saved. I'm living now on the word of God to get me through this storm.Yet I am human and my flesh is hurting so bad know. Please pray for my 2 kids and ex-wife. I don't know how much longer I can hold on. In life we may go through our trials and test but know they are there to build us. God is refining and purifying you in His image and just as a silversmith; He shall never take His eyes off you or leave you until you are the image of Him. Brother be of good courage, God knows and will reward you yes, in this life; our heavenly reward is another, but in this life He shall reward you for the sufferings you endured just to carry His Cross. Know that the Lord hears your prayers and shall answer, call upon Him and He shall hear and answer. Be encouraged and hold to God's hands in all things.
God knows and sees all and desire you to turn your prob;ems over to Him. In God's Will you must put your trust; not in your own will for your life. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Please don't ever give up hope; God does listen to our prayers and when the time is right, they will be granted. You just have to believe and be part of life. I found that reaching out to others is a wonderful way to heal lonliness while still believing and praying for that special person to be brought into your life. If it's any consolation, I do understand your pain and lonliness. May God bless you with the abundant love and joy you and everyone deserves.

For Kisher: Stay strong through your exams. Be sure to take care of yourself and get enough rest. When it comes time to take the tests, take a deep breath, turn the paper over and focus on nothing but the test for the next hour or two or however long you are allowed.

I've just come to Beliefnet because I find myself under an extreme amount of stress at this time and for some reason this past weekend, the proverbial dam burst. I'm trying to make a cross country move in two months, am still working, and am away from my boyfriend of nine years - hopefully soon we will be together and bonded in marriage (it's just been logistics, not cold feet) but for the past few days the pain of missing him has actually made me ill. I've been reading through all the messages in this circle and I can really relate, such as "who would take me to the hospital if I needed surgery"? I look at this post from lizringilgoo where she says "Don't ever give up hope; God does listen to our prayers and when the time is right, they are granted." I'm going to try to remember that. Right now I wish the best and calm and peace to those who are in pain and alone, be it physical or emotional pain. Many good thoughts to your animal companions who will always love you unconditionally. I wish I had an animal to love, but I share my boyfriend's dear cat long distance and his picture is staring at me now. He'll even meow in the phone when I call.

So I hope this was a proper post and that tonight everyone feels a little bit of comfort, be it from a nice cup of tea, a warm fuzzy bathrobe, a call from a far away friend, or through the power of praying for others before you drift off to sleep.

I pray today that I can learn to deal with the politics that go along with my job and that I can learn to be more focused on the positive part of my life instead of the negative. I've come to look forward to starting every morning praying with the people on this site. I feel as though this has been a tremendous help in my life since the breakup of my 5 yr relationship. I praise God for all of you and all of your prayers. Amen.

I need a lot of prayer this morning. I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and I'm not feeling very patient with a certain co-worker. God grant me patience and understanding and help me to snap out of this crabby mood I am in. I pray that I can learn to live my life the way God intended me to. I pray that someday I can look back on my life and be proud of who I was - not ashamed. Amen.
