Tenzin Gyatso
His Holiness XIV Dalai Lama

This prayer circle is designed to purvey heartfelt prayers and auspicious offerings for the well being of the Dalai Lama.

His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama is Tibet's spiritual and temporal leader of Tibet. Since China's illegal occupation of Tibet, the Dalai Lama has promulgated his activities on non-violence and intellectualism. It is the intention of this prayer circle to offer our deepest prayers and offerings to His Holiness.

May His Holiness continue to have a long and healthy life.

May the fruits of his arduous labor manifest themselves in a Free Tibet.

May His Holiness continue to disseminate his wisdom so that all may benefit.

May we continue to learn to plant and cultivate our bodhichitta under the direction of His Holiness.

May His Holiness continue to be the light that dispels the ills of ignorance.

Your Holiness the Dalai Lama, please remember the thousands of people who died yesterday in four senseless acts of violence. Please remember their suffering, their families' pain and anguish.

You have inspired compassion within me.

Your Holiness,

I pray for his Holiness the Dalai Lama's recovery from his stomach illness and I pray for his Holiness' happiness.

May his Holiness life be long and may his Holiness see his beautiful Tibet be free soon.

I sincerely trust and believe that this wish shall come true, in the lifetime of his Holiness, the Dalai Lama.

The Buddha is my life, and His Holiness, my teacher.

I am eternally grateful for the witness to peace, calmness, and quiet resolve this incarnation has provided to the world. I selfishly hope that this incarnation lasts for a long time to come. May all beings be at ease

1/31/2002 10:32

I pray for love, health, comfort and happiness to spread like the ripples of a pond, to eventually encompass all living beings everywhere, and for all sentient beings to show love and compassion for those less able to care for themselves

2/1/2002 03:46

His Holiness Tenzin Gyatso,

I see you filled with radiant healing light streaming inward to you from every direction - as the untold millions of people that you have touched send back a small part of the love that you have given to them. I see the Buddhas of the Four times and the Ten Directions surround you with their protection and enable you to bring enlightenment to the world for a very very long time. Lastly I see all sentient beings still to be enlightened lean toward you in encouragement - that you may live to touch them as well.

Om Ah Hum

I pray that His Holiness, all beings of the Sangha, hearers of the Dharma, and all those who suffer in Samsara be freed from suffering and reach perfect enlightenment. I thank Your Holiness for your compassionate return again and again to Samsara in order to help all sentient beings learn how to escape the cycle of suffering.
May all of you find peace, happiness, and an end to suffering through the Three Jewels.

Om Mani Padme Hung..

With Love,

Your Holiness--for the sake of the elightenment of all sentient beings, I prostrate in body, speech and mind and present every type of offering, actual and mentally transformed to the three jewels. In your many incarnations may your golden virtue be promulgated through the infinte forms of all sentient beings to assist them to obtain higher rebirth and freedom from the cycle of suffering. Hail to the jewel in the lotus! Niles Willits-Spolin

Your Holiness,

When my heart is most at peace your teachings help me to share my love with those suffering around me.
When the world and its people seem most troubled your words remind me of all those who work to make it a more peaceful place.
And when I am turned inward in my most sorrowful moments, your voice fills my heart with joy and understanding.
My sincerest blessings and good wishes for you always!

Love, Emily
