CHEMICAL ADDICTION
FOR THOSE AFFECTED BY CHEMICAL ADDICTION

This circle is for the addicted person, and also for those affected by the addiction of others.

Having suffered from multiple chemical addiction for about 25 years and now living a solid, clean and sober life for 3-plus years, I have devoted a portion of my life to service; helping those suffering from addiction online and at 2 treatment facilities speaking before newcomers to recovery. Additionally, online I offer prayer and consolation when requested.

Beneficent Father, please bestow understanding, patience and courage to those suffering so they may face everyday challenges. By the Passion of the Most Sacred Heart of Lord Jesus Christ, the Infinite Healer, please reach out to those suffering and comfort them in their time of need. Despise not this petition and hear their prayer, and deliver them to the confidence of Your Holy Grace. Be the shepherd in their life as you have guided me, and reassure them to a level of hope in You.
-Amen.

My Prayer For You Today

May The Hands Of God Touch All That Are In Need.

Lord Grant me the Senerity to accept the things I can not change. The courage to change the things I can and the Wisdom to know the difference.

~ Let Go ~ Let God ~

Keep believing in yourself.

There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren't the way you had hoped they would be. That's when you have to tell yourself that things will get better. There are times when people disappoint you and let you down, but those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself. There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them. Constantly keep yourself headed in the right direction for you. It may not be easy at times, but in those times of struggle you will find a stronger sense of who you are. So when the days come that are filled with frustration and unexpected responsibilities, remember to believe in yourself and all you want your life to be. Because the challenges and changes will only help you to find the goals that you know are meant to come true for you. Keep Believing in Yourself.

In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

One of the primary tools necessary to successful sobriety/recovery is the belief in a Higher Power...the development of a relationship between the abuser/abused and their Higher Power is essential to the development of spirituality and at the same time virtue. What better person to help you overcome your issues than Jesus?

The Lamb of God Who takes away the sins of the world, and cleanses souls. The One Who gave His life so that we could live?

What better way to prove your devotion and love for Him than to make Him your Higher Power...He is the True Miracle Worker Who Heals All Wounds!

Praise, Honor & Glory to You, Lord Jesus Christ.

Lord God I pray that you continue to be strong in the live of Bryne Malone and that you continue to keep him free of his past addiciton to alcohol. Lord, I pray that you continue to open your arms to him and that he is brought to his true calling, that he is where you want him to be. I bind up anything standing in his way. I ask that your work be done. I declare and believe with my entire spirit that you have cured him. Keep watch over him Lord. And, thank-you God for your strength that has healed me and brought me through to the point where I can love you enough to pray despite lies and dishonesty. I too except responsibility and acknowledge that this is about God and saving lives.

Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world, spare us O Lord.

Heavenly Father, by means of this prayer circle, may those who are affected by chemical abuse be led to You, the Comforter of the afflicted. Grant to them the courage to seek and accept the truth, the strength to move in a positive, appropriate direction which reflects You and the True Light that only You, the Giver of All Grace can give. Through You enable them to attain discernment to act as ambassadors of Your Holy Will and give praise, honor and glory to Your Holy Name.

As it written, ASK AND YE SHALL RECEIVE, SEEK AND YE SHALL FIND, KNOCK AND IT SHALL BE OPEHED UNTO YOU...

...by the efforts of the Mediatrix and the Word Incarnate I place this prayer for your eternal blessings. -Amen

O plentious source of every good and perfect gift, You know our faults, our failings, our necessities, the dullness of our understanding, the waywardness of our affections and perverseness of our will. Therefore, O Holy Spirit, when we neglect to practice what we know, do visit us, I beseech You, with Your grace. Enlighten our minds, O God; purify our desires, correct our wanderings and pardon our omissions, so that by Your guidance, we may live in good conscience and eventuall reach the Heaven of eternal peace.

Sacred Heart of Jesus, protect our families.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, I believe in Your love for us.
Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.

Heavenly Father,
You know our hearts and our minds. You recognize Your efforts which are reflected most in our souls. To the meek and the humble of heart, grant them wisdom to discern works which magnify Your Holy Will rather than deeds that reflect the wickedness of the world.

Deliver us to the fold of Your true love for us so that we shine, with Your light to be a beacon to others. Permit us to know and understand that the freedom you grant to us is for the betterment of our souls here on earth so that we may come to live with you in eternity.

And finally, free us from the bondage of the Red Dragon.

Lord, please hear and bless this prayer for those still sick and suffering.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, Devoted Spouse of the Holy Spirit, Giver of all good graces, please place this prayer in Your Heart so that it will be Your prayer too.
-Amen

Heavenly Father:
I give You thanks and praise for allowing me to enter into another year, not only for my ongoing recovery, but also because you permit me additional opportunity to do Your Holy Will and to bring glory to the Holy Name of Your Loving Son, My Lord, Savior and Redeemer, O Dear Jesus!

I offer my sincere gratitude for allowing me to have the courage to try and live a normal life and to reach out to others-to be an instrument of Your Will; to be willing to say "YES" when You call upon me, in spite of myself...for the blessings You continue to bestow upon me because I have chosen You and the desire to "live" over the slow suicide of chemical addiction...to attempt to reach those who still suffer and be able to encourage those who need positivity to be willing.

Father, all that I am, all I could hope to be, and all that I will ever be is in You. I pray that You lead me so that others may no longer see me, but only You in me, so that I may be a light to others...

I pray that those who visit this site may draw courage to surrender, make the necessary decision(s), and put a positive plan to action to address their respective problem.

Lord Jesus, hear and provide guidance to those who are willing to surrender to Your Will. Amen.

Lord, I stand in awe as Your mighty hand is offered to me...Only You know the loneliness that I feel within. In You there is peace and forgiveness...In Your presence I find my resting place each and every day.

Here in the cool of the evening I feel Your love all around me and once again Lord...I stand in awe of the blessings You have given me. In the midst of the storm is when I see You so clearly
You give me comfort and understanding and remind me that You too were betrayed by one You trusted

Lord, it is Your strength that I lean upon for in my own I am weak You lead me from darken shadows into Your light of truth.

As evening falls I can lay aside the cares of today and sleep in sweet peace knowing that You are watching over me.

Good night my Lord...I'll meet You as the morning light shines through my window...And once again we will walk together in this...peaceful valley

***EVE OF MY 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY***
By the Grace of God, I have attained another year clean and sober, as life continues to proser. Nobody said recovery would be easy, but then again anything worth having is not without significant work...for those who visit this site, I offer my sincere passion to encourage you to be patient with yourself and to reach up to a Higher Power to enhance your spirituality. Recovery IS a program of spirituality and is impossible without a Higher Power Whom I choose to call God. (ELOHIN)

My faith is the epicenter of mostly everything that I do and in spite of myself, the Heavenly Father continues to bless me, to give me hope, strength and encouragement in addition to selflessness...everything I am OR could ever hope to be is in the Lamb of God.

I apologize to those who have visited my site and I have neglected to pray for them here however my intentions include those who still suffer from the disease of addiction daily.

Just because I have attained 4 years of sobriety does not mean that I still do not suffer from character defects AND it does not mean that I don't still think about abusing chemicals. I still have days where I wish to say things that do not reflect my station in life however, nothing that happens to me is NOT without the knowledge of the Heavenly Father and it certainly is not worth losing my recovery to. I continue to be able to look at myself in the mirror without shame of what others think/feel about me, because I know I attempt to do and be the best that I can every day the Heavenly Father allows me to live clean and sober.
After 7 (or was it 8) treatment centers, being shot, stabbed, arrested, being homeless in 3 major cities, loss of countless jobs, relationships, material possessions, friends and myself, I have no regrets about recovery today.

I do not miss eating out of dumpsters, panhandling to get a drink to get the shakes off, constant physical sickness, dehydration, fights (physical), sleeping wherever, urine-smelling clothes, hospital gurneys, blood loss from significant orifices, I confess that I am grateful to be in recovery today.

I take no credit for anything that has become of me...everything I am I owe to My Personal Redeemer, Jesus Christ.

Thank You Dear Lord.
