Father, Monday the 25th is Josh's sentencing date. Please Lord, let the judge and the probation board be fair and lenient with him. Father, he is young and made a mistake, please don't let them use him as an example, and let them know that he has been working hard to keep on the right road. Lord, grant him your mercies. In the name of Jesus, Amen

Father I would take this time to thank you for the wonderful angels you have brought to me, they are such a wonderful blessing!! Amen.

Father, I pray that Your mercy be with Josh on Monday. If it is Your will and is what is best for Josh, let him be offered another chance to live the life You have planned for him. If there is a punishment he must serve, then be with him every step of the way. Let him use any time he may be given to reflect on the actions that brought him to this place in life and let him, with Your guidance, make plans for a new beginning. Father, I pray that You will help him remember those who love and support him during this difficult time. I pray that Josh will accept whatever may be set before him as nothing more than a new beginning. Let the love of his mother and Your love prevail over any evil that may seek to sink him into depression or negativity. Father, deliver this child from the hell that the poor choices he made in a world full of temptations have created. Father, also, bless his precious mother and keep her strong through all of this...she has been by Josh's side every minute of every day. Amen.

Lord, I first will ask for forgivness and mercy for the sins in which I have committed and the shortcomings that I have.

Praise to you oh Lord, for you are awesome, you gave your only son, to take our sins upon himself, Thank you for our savior.

Lord, I am getting ready to leave to the hearing, please hear my prayers and those of all the angels you have sent to me. Let the judge be full of your spirit, speak the words to him that he will be understanding, caring and forgiving. Let him see that Josh is a good person, that he is and will continue to pay for his mistake. Lord enter the soul of this man, that he grant Josh freedom from jail and put him in a successful treatment program. In the name of sweet Jesus, Amen.

Hi marilyn, Ipray, and marahet, thank you for your prayers. I am heart sick, I feel as though so much injustice was served, and there is anything that I can do about it. What I have learned, is that the Lord may not always answer our prayers in exactly the way we requested them, but in the way he knows will be the best. It's hard when that happens, because you fill like he didn't listen, but he really has, and as it is stated, he doesn't intervene in the choices that we make, he leads us to the answers and gives us his own light into the circumstance. Yesterday, we went to court and although I've had so many awesome people praying for Josh and I, the outcome was not what we planned. He was sentenced to 3-4 months of Boot Camp; however he could have spent 1-6 years in jail. Right now, I am just like so many others; angry, how could our Father forsake us! With ALL the praying, him changing his life for the better, how could this happen. But, I know deep in my heart that it could have been so much worse. It just seems as though he was torn from me, and he really is a very good young man. I've asked God to forgive my anger, but I'm not doing a very good job at keeping my end. I know in time I will be fine with God, and he does understand the feelings that I have right now.

Lord, keep Josh safe, don't let anything happen to him in there. He's never been away anywhere without his family, keep those that would want to harm him, or lead him to the wrong path, away from him. Lord, let them put him close to home so that we may visit him regulary, let the next 3 months be good for Josh, don't let anger, dispair, lonliness take over him, keep his light shining and working to continue the life in which he has been leading since July. Lord, enter his heart, let him know that you are with him always, restore his faith, right now I think he did let go of his faith. Lord, shine your light on him, keep him wrapped in your arms for protection now and forever. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Lord...My heart is hurt with the news of Josh..I cannot begin to explain how bad I feel. You brought me his mom for a reason. I guess my position you want me to hold is to keep her strong and I will try my best! Let Josh find your love in his heart!!! Amen

Father please hear my cries, my prayers, please bring Josh home soon. Let the Judge be a man of his word, and hear our reconsideration; let him take Josh out of where they have him and bring him back where he will get the best help, jail, prison will make him worse Lord, it will not make him better. Let the Judge, instead put him in a residental rehab, where he will learn to be the better! Father, you know that he should not be this severly punished, he is a good person, Lord please help him. Amen.

PRAISE GOD!! HE IS AWESOME. Father, I lay down before you, I thank you for your glory. You have such awesome love for us. You are with us always. Please forgive me my sins, help me to keep on the road that you lay out in front of me. I ask the same mercies for Joshua. Father, I know I have asked so much from you, and here I still seek your mercies, please God, let the judge change the outcome of Josh's sentence. Let him put him in some other program, rehab, something that will help Josh to continue his life in a positive way, not in prison, that will make him hard and bitter. Father, you are all loving, caring and giving, please let Josh have this second chance to live a life that you would be proud of. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Father, bless this young man as he serves time for whatever bad choices he might have made. If he must serve out his full sentence, please keep hope alive in his heart and let this be a time of learning and re-thinking of past actions. Lord, lead him to the right choices for his life once his time is up. Remove any negativity that may be in his heart at the moment and replace it with Your all encompassing love. Father touch Josh's heart and let him feel Your presence. Let him see the error of his ways and let him open his eyes to the light of Your love and guidance. Father, keep Josh strong and safe. Bless his mother as she stands by her son during this dark hour. Amen.

Dear Lord,
I wrote Josh a letter as his mom requested. I let him know that I pray for him. I also let him know that I understand. Time had gone by and I was concerned that he would not get my note.
Well this last Friday....you answered my prayers dear Jesus. I recieved the most beautiful card & letter from Josh. I burst out crying like I have never cried before. I have seen a miracle that just filled my heart with hope! In the same time now, I have not heard from my own daughter Jackie. Thank you Jesus for showing me that you have touched Joshs' heart & soul!!! I am still in shock! God Bless Josh and for the time he took to write me. Keep him safe....Amen

Lord I come here today to thank you for all that you blessed me with. Wonderful family, great friends, all the riches a person could ever need on this earth. I look around me, and with so much pain and sorrow all around me, I can only give you my humanly thanks, because you are always with me and my loved ones. You are SO AWESOME!! I praise your glory, I pray that I will be amongst those you choose at the end of this life, to enter into your heavenly kingdom. Thank you Father, and please continue to bless me with you graces. Lord, you are so awesome. My son is either already here at county or on his way. You have worked you powers, and continue to brighten our lives. I ask in the name of our Savior, Jesus Christ; that you will work you powers in the heart of the judge on Wedsneday 4/24. I know that whatever your will, it will be for the very best of Josh. Thank you Lord for changing his life for the better. He talks your words and has compassion for others. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.

Lord, I call upon you to intervene on behalf of Joshua's outcome tomorrow in court. I bow down and ask Father, that you grant Josh your mercies, and lay your hand upon the heart of judge and all others that will affect Joshua's future tomorrow. Lord grant you mercies upon us once again, and let us bring Joshua home. Hear our prayers that Joshua be granted his freedom from the confinements that he has lived with for the past couple of months Lord; for you need only say it, and it shall be done. In the name of our Lord and Savior, Amen.

PRAISE THE LORD, FATHER you are SO AWESOME. You have worked miracles, and I thank you from the deepest area of my soul. Josh is doing great, and I ask Lord that you keep him wrapped in your arms, so that no one, nothing will take down the wrong path again!! HEAVENLY FATHER , OH HOW WE THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A WONDERFUL DAD. AS I BEGAN TO READ THE E-MAILS, I THOUGHT OH I HAVE A SISTER THAT HER WHOLE LIFE IS CONSUMED WITH ALCOHOL,THEN AS I READ ON I SEE GOD'S MIRACLE WORKING POWER IN JOSH'S LIFE. I CAN IDENTIFY WITH HIS FORMER PLIGHT BECAUSE, I HAVE A SON RIGHT NOW THAT'S IN JAIL. HE'S DUE FOR COURT ON 7-11-02, AND HE'S FRIGHTENED, SCARED AND DON'T KNOW THE OUTCOME. MY SON HAS 3 LITTLE CHILDREN THAT NEED HIM SO, HE HAS A YOUNGER BROTHER TYRONE THAT'S BEEN GOING DOWN THE WRONG PATH AND NOW HAS A WARRANT. YOU CAN'T IMAGINE HOW MUCH IT USE TO HURT, WHEN I HONESTLY TRIED TO RAISE THEM RIGHT. BUT IN MY FAMILT THERE HAVE BEEN A GENERATIONAL CURSE TO SELL DRUGS, BE UNPRODUCTIVE AND LIVE BELOW WHAT GOD HAS FOR THEM. BUT I COME AGAINST SATAN AND BIND EVERY CURSE FROM THESE YOUNG MEN LIVES BY THE BLOOD JESUS, SHED ON THE CROSS. AND I ASK YOU ALL TO LIFT ME AND MY PRECIOUS CHILDREN UP TO THE LORD, THAT HE FIND FAVOR IN MY CHILDREN TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE TO CHOOSE HIM AND THE PATH OF RIGHTEOUSNESS. MY SON WAS BASICALLY SELLING DRUGS, TO EAT, FEED CHILDREN, AND HELP HIS LITTLE BROTHER, I DON'T CONDONE HIS RONGS I JUST ASK THE LORD TO TAKE AWAY EVERY DECEITFUL PLOY OF THE DEVIL TO GET AROUND LIVING IN FREEDOM FROM DRUGS, ALCOHOL, WOMEN, AND UNGODLINESS. PLEASE PRAY ALONG WITH ME AND PRAY FOR MY SISTER JANET, MY KIDS ARE ADRIAN(the one in jail) TYRONE, AND DAUGHTER YOLONDA SHE'S IN THE NAVY SHE'S SUCH A BLESSING THEY ALL ARE. I JUST NEED TO BE WITH THEM BECAUSE I LIVE IN A DIFFERENT CITY BECAUSE I LOST MY JOB WHEN I GOT HURT AND THAT'S HOW MY CHILDREN ENDED UP IN THIS WEB OF DECEIT. Lord, in addition to Joshk, please help Tameka also. Only you, God, can break the generational curses that bind families. I speak from experience, for you have saved me, Lord, from a generational curse and I pray that you will do the same for Tameka's family, Jesus. She is a Godly woman who needs your help, Father.
