Yes, I never have waivered, Jami's "minister" called yesterday talked for 73 minutes. Said Jami now realizes the only relationship that he can have that will be any good is ours because that was God's plan. The GF supposedly had a miscarriage, I am doubting she was even pregnant. They are fighting amongst themselves as their relationship was brought about by the devil (these are the ministers words)Now is my season again, I need to let Mandi experience a true father's love, told me I need to stop any proceedings/seeing anyone and wait patiently the Lord is restoring my marriage. He called back to pray (asked permission) like I would ever turn away prayer LOL, Anyways when he concluded he said Amen...God is doing his work, restoration is in progress.I will reap the rewards soon, So I just pray for God and Holy Spirit to guide me in the right decision making.

Isa.26:3
11/14/2008 07:03

needgodwinks-Remember to walk by Faith and not by Sight. Do not let the enemy torment your mind. You are not worthless because you belong to the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casteth out fear, because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.(The love of Jesus Christ).(1 John 4:18). Only God can change people. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.(Psalm 46:1). In Jesus Name. Amen

Needgodwinks, never doubt or lose faith, that is where the trouble starts. Many times I have said Satan get behind me because I will not allow it.
The minister actually said something really interesting likened the marriage to a new car when you first get it,you take care of it,baby it etc,(That's us wives)when it starts getting old/becomes a pain to keep clean, you go trade in on new model, but then you begin to miss the old car that you knew all of its tricks/idiosincracies(plus hate the new payment)and want the old car back. Not sure I like the analogy, but I get it...And as everyday Good morning and God Bless us, may he give each and everyone a ray of sunshine to hold onto, and if it rains...look for the rainbow.

Good morning Isa

Isa.26:3
11/14/2008 07:41

rcomp22992-Hello,just about to write you a message. I am so happy for you and your children. Jami finally realized the error of his ways. The Lord dealt with him and he listened. He truly knows that you love him and continued to stand by him, pray for him and trust God for the outcome. And let us not be weary in well doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.(Galatians 6:9). In Jesus Name. Amen

Good morning everyone,
First rcomp...blessed be the Lord. I have not been on here for a few days (I think I was feeling sorry for myself). Jami's heart has softened and he has seen you with new shiny eyes. This has also given me more faith and hope in my situation. This is what we pray for -- reconcillation. Please keep us posted.
Needgodwinks, I know you are struggling. I also have heard the analogy about the old car/new car through my counselor. Of course we want our marriages restored immediately but this pain did not happen overnight. When things are most hopeless we experience a ray of hope. God has a plan for us. I remember Lasonda telling me when her marriage broke up that she lost her apt and everything and had to move back to her mothers. In spite of everything her marriage was eventually restored. I hope she does not mind I shared that with this board.

Isa, please continue to pray for us. I have been trying to detach from my husband to avoid some pain. My oldest Daughter talked to him last night and have a very sad conversation and he said he was never coming back to me. My daughters are very hurt, sad and angry by his actions. But I know he is in a fog and wrapped around by this woman that makes him feel special for now. I continue to pray for her that she opens her eyes and leaves him for a Godly man. I really liked the quote "if God be for us, who can be against us" thank you for your daily prayers to us on this board.
Today I received 4 e-mails at work from various friends with a prayer or good wishes all within 20 minutes of each other. I feel God's love today.

HI EVERYONE!!! I know the 'regulars' on this prayer circle think that I've lost my mind! I am so sorry for being gone so long. I found it hard to get online to do my online ministry. And when I did find time to get online, my time was very limited. I've been busy...still am. But I said, "Enough is enough!" I have got to get back on the prayer circle. So, here I am. I may not get to respond to all of you, but I will try.

Please know that all of you have been in my thoughts and prayers. Marriages hold a special place in my heart. I know what it's like to go through a separation. And I know the joy of having a marriage healed and restored.

HOPE3343: I don't mind you sharing part of what happened to me as a result of my separation. Anything to help someone, is alright with me.

I've missed you all. I pray that all is well with you (in spite of what's going on). God bless!!!

welcome back

Isa.26:3
11/14/2008 15:27

hope3343-I will continue to keep you and your daughters in my prayers. I cover their emotions with the blood of Jesus. Remember we walk by Faith, and not by sight, or what it seems like. Only the Lord can change hearts and turn him from the error of his ways. Remind yourself that God Loves You. He restoreth my soul, he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.(Psalm 23:3). The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.(Proverbs 18:10). Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him out of them all.(Psalm 34:19). In Jesus Name. Amen

Isa.26:3
11/14/2008 15:36

Lashonda-Good to hear from you, I missed you on this prayer board. I know that you are still praying for this prayer board and others. May you continue to be blessed in every area of your life. We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company.(Psalm 55:14). In Jesus Name. Amen

Thought I would share this teenager prayer with this circle. I thought it was very moving.

Teenager prayer for his family…

I pray everyday that everything happens for a reason, maybe the parent who walked out on their family needs to find that it isn't better out there, they need to realize how good they had it at home.

Maybe they will find God and that is the most important thing when they find Him they will know they are supposed to come home.

Don’t they know that they are needed at home, wanted at home, and loved by us.
Us kids run to the door every time someone knocks with hope that on the other side of that door you are standing there finding your way back.

What about our left behind Dads and Moms that do their best for us; we see the tears they try and hide because they want their family and marriage restored for the better.

There is NOTHING or ANYONE out there stronger than your OWN family needing you home.

We’re waiting.

Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, 'This is way; walk in it." Isaiah 30:21

I am so much more confused than ever,I spoke with the minister today again, he said theLord would do his work. I told him to pray for Jami/Mandis relationship, he said their relationship can't be healed until ours is, because the relationship that he is in in sin is preventing this and he needs to humble himself before me and the Lord. Isa, is he telling me once Jami "professes his sins, he is good to be with Dina and build their relationship, or that he needs to ask forgiveness and come home, I'm just not clear on what he was saying. He just says the Lord is doing his work, there will be alot of humbling going around soon.

rcomp, most of these prodigals take a while to reconnect. They take 3 baby steps forward and 2 steps back the next day. Patience patience. It might take awhile but you are in the right direction. We will keep praying

Isa.26:3
11/14/2008 19:02

rcomp22992-I really can't say what he was really saying, we all have to humble ourselves before the Lord. James 5:16a says, Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another that ye may be healed. Do not be confused, that's why you have to be led by the Holy Spirit. Ask the Lord for wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Trust in the Lord with ALL thine heart, and lean not unto thy own understanding, In ALL thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.(Proverbs 3:5,6). In Jesus Name. Amen

Isa... with all that has been happening the last few days, someone reminded me that the Devil also knows the bible very well. I feel like this right now is testing my very faith to the core, I was getting better in myself, and now I am to "wait" for Jami yet again, I love this man,but he is torturing me with the back/forth. I know it's the drugs, I'm not even sure this guy is a minister, he won't tell me what church he is affiliated with or anything. NOW< I feel lost. R

Isa.26:3
11/16/2008 15:54

rcomp22992-The devil cannot tell the whole truth because it is not in him, he is a liar and deceiver. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. (John 10:10). That's why you have to be led by the Holy Spirit, and hear the Lord's voice for yourself, he will talk to you and give you wisdom, knowledge, and understanding in this situation. Remember man looks at the outside, But God sees the heart and motives of a person. Continue to keep the faith. Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.(Philippians 1:6). In Jesus Name. Amen

The Lord is always about being reconciled when it is possible. I bind the enemy coming against your Husband in his soul(mind, will, and emotions.) The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble, and he knoweth them that trust in him.(Nahum 1:7). Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.(Mark 9:23). In Jesus Name. Amen
