Prayer Circles

Hello All;

I know I have not been on for awhile, but I thought I would let you all know that I am doing much better with the pain in my hips and back. The problem was my old prosthetic leg. It wasn't keeping my hips and back aligned like it should have been. So I got a brand new prosthetic leg and it helps quite alot. With all the prayers I asked for and the praying that I did as well, I walked quite a bit on Friday and Saturday!! I didn't even use my wheel chair. I left it home. My boyfriend Laurel_crowned and my physical therapist are very happy that I did as good as I did walking with 2 canes.

For those who are in doubt, do believe that God is feeling your pain and is there for you to ask for help. It may take some time, then again, it may not. Just put your trust in Him and He will hear you.

I have just found this site and I ask the Lord's strength for all. I know the Lord does not give us more than we can bear but I really need encourgement at this time. I am experiencing Lupus like symptoms and have had ongoing back problems (discs T-8-12 ruptured and 5 in my lumbar region). Surgery made my back worse and the only thing which helps is prayer! Now, my strength is gone from fighting almost nightly temperatures (100-103.5) along with nausea and other classics of Lupus. My regular physician says to learn to live with these symptoms and they will probably pass in 1-2 YEARS! I feel the Lord is telling me to seek help elsewhere but I've been to so many physicians with my back in the last 6 years I really dread going. I have two children ages 6 and 8 and my husband travels for 2-3 weeks at a time only to be home for 2-5 days. I have no close friends here and have been too sick to attend church regularly. Please pray that God will lead me to the right physician.
My children and I pray nightly for those who are in pain and those who don't know the Lord. Without Him, I would truly be in pain...forever.

I suffer from epstine-bar, A debilitating disease, and I seldom ask god for help, only when I realy need it.But after 15 years surffing with this I need Gods help and ask for prayers, I believe God will take care of me, and I offten found comford in the bible, when I did ask for Gods help I was directed to 2 corinthians 12: 5-11. I may be wrong, (i offten am) But I do believe My disease is realy a blessing in disguise, Thank you all and thank God

i am regurgitating everything i eat or drink, choking. acid relux, gastric relux disease, hiatel hernia, high blood pressure, asthma, allergies, hyperthyroidism, to name some specifics. i have refuse to see a doctor, for i beg the lord to spare me. i just want to live and fulfill my mission here on earth, dying young is not it. god bless you all. thank you all.

thank you for your prayers uh oh. And i am praying for you right now, I also have acid reflux but i take medicin for it and it helps. God gave the Doctors the ability to help and to heal, maybe thats Gods way of helping sometimes. But I pray for you that you find healing. Dear Jesus, I humbly ask that you intercede in uh_oh's life and give the healing needed, lessen the burden and heal all these illnesses in Jesus name. amen

My aunt called me this morning to tell me that my godfather, who has liver and pancreatic cancer, is on his deathbed. I love him dearly and cannot go see him before his passing. Please pray for him. That his passing is quick and as painless as possible. Pray for his wife of 35 years for strength. Thank-you.

I take the medication for it and it has caused me much side effects bringing me down alot I have alot of nausea vomiting the whole works of side effects I need prayer for emtional strenght to do the Lords will for my life I have a testimony of survial from the streets that can only be a mircle from God I am here to tell it. Please pray for me my health, mental & physicle I am losing energy to get up and do the simplest things I am too young and have too much to do for Jesus to be sick I am asking someone to agree with me in prayer that a cure be found or a medication more tolerable in Jesus name Amen!

My mother has been blessed in the last 25 years by God. she has lived through 2 types of cancer, but now she has been told by doctors that she has 6 mos to live due to caner again. Please GOD you blessed her twice before, one more time. I need her and so does my father.Please hear me GOD don`t take my mother yet.

Please Lord give me strength as I wait for results from the bladder scan I had on Monday July 23. I know that with you in my corner I can do anything. This test was run to see if the disbetes has caused another complacation. Lord I pray for the people that suffer from chronic illnesses that You Lord will give every one his measure of strength and heally as You will Lord and not as we will. In Your loving Name Jesus in Your name. God bless us all. Amen

my boyfriend has epilepsy, he also has problems with artheritus in his elbow and knee. He has chronic bronchitus and astma, and his medicine for his ceasures is making him sick. He also needs to get saved. please pray that he is healed from all of the problems he has been suffering with. i am praying that they will take him off the medicine so he can be his self again.

I'm so sorry to hear of your trials. I hope you somehow get through your bad days and keep in mind that this life is only a waiting place and if we follow his will for us we will leave all of this illness behind us and go to a much better place. Hang in there and it will get better. I will pray for you and your health problems.I also take alot of medicine for various health problems and I know how awful the side effects can be. God bless each of you. I have not written in months, but I read your prayers, and send up my own for each of you often. I have one of the "invisible diseases," dysautonomia (neurally mediated hypotension)and chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome / fibromyalgia. Because I have tried to minimize how bad I feel,and when people see me out and at church or social events I look OK, my friends and family have no idea that the next day I may barely be able to get my children off to school and fix their meals. I have hurt my best friend's feelings because of hiding my true feelings from her, because she has so much on her now. No one but God knows how bad I am hurting now, physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Please remember me in your prayers, I am really in the shadow of God's wings now, and I don't know if I have the energy to come out into the light. Thank you, and God Bless You All!

Lord please help my father-in-law deal

This is my first time here. I asking everyone to please pray for my father. He was dignoised with non-hodgkins lymphoma 5 and a half years ago. It went into remission. He was cancer free until now. It has come back really bad. He is in the hospital in isolation with alot of complications. Please pray for him. Please pray for all of us that we can all stay strong for him. I need prayers for myself.I have so many things wrong from heart to CFIDS to Neuropathy .and others....I may end up in a wheel chair. I need support in my daily struggle to keep my faith strong and to keep fighting. It is so hard feelign bad all the time and not being able to do anything anymore.

I pray for all that may be going through times of heart aches and pain. I along with many belief net members to know how it feels to have a loved one who is suffering from a chronic illness. In February of this year, my father was diagnosed with having a glioblastoma multiforme grade 4 type brain tumor. It is hard because we are uncertain of what the future may hold but we have our faith and trust in the Lord. We take each day one day at a time but we know that a blessing will eventually come. We just know that GOD is at our side everyday of the week and he will not forsake us. I continue to pray and I ask that readers of beliefnet continue to pray for the rest of the people who are suffering with chronic illnesses.

My dear Prayer Circle Friends,
It has been quite sometime since I last posted, I have had a very bad time since then and have not been online at all. Between a very serious flare from the Lupus, and now the worsening of the nerve and muscle problems that now have me in a wheelchair, and the pain that has become more intense, I have not been able to keep in touch with all of you as I would want to. However, please know that all your needs are in my prayers, and after reading all the new requests here, they will be added to my prayer list. It has even been hard to pray many times, but I have tried to stay faithful to prayer because I know that prayer is so important, especially during times when things are not going well and we may feel that God is not hearing those prayers. I believe that God does care and hear our prayers and that there will be relief from the pain and suffering. I am due to have a series of lumbar nerve blocks beginning on August 14th. I have been put on heavy pain medication which helps at times but there is still quite a lot of pain to live with, as well as not being able to walk and to have to use a wheelchair. BroKen - thank you for your very loving, caring and uplifting words, and also many thanks to all of you who have asked about me. I deeply appreciate the concern and seeing how our Circle keeps on and gives comfort and support to each other, I thank God for encouraging me to begin it.

I pray for healing of body, mind, and spirit for each and every one of you. During this time, I have learned how easy it is to become discouraged and how when we are having an extremely bad time to not give up but to keep on with our prayers to God, and believing that He does care about us and will not give us more than we can handle. I admit to having doubts about that, but today, as I am able to sit here and type this to all of you, I know that is true and that things are and will continue to improve for me, and it will for you too.
