Dear Lord,

We thank you and praise your mighty name. We ask for healing Dear Lord. In the name of Jesus Christ we ask that you heal little Terry Lord. Heal his body, so that he will not longer need to wear diapers. Heal his mind, and spirit Lord, so that this will be used for good, and to your glory. Heal the hearts and minds of his parents. Lord you know they love their child, help them to be patient, loving and kind. Help those that mocked him, learn kindness. Heal Terry's heart that he may forgive and not remember in his heart the pain and loneliness he is now enduring. We pray and ask that you send two very special little boys to be his friends...true, loving, and loyal friends. We thank you for your kindness and goodness, and for hearing our prayers, and granting our special requests, that your Will will be done. In the name of your son Jesus...Thank you, Lord, Amen.

Terry's parents love him, I'm sure...its just they don't know how to handle this situation properly. I have a newphew who is the same way. He's 8 now, in a family of 5 children, and wears diapers. No one in our family ever mentions that this is not normal. Some of the children have glasses, some need braces, and one wears diapers. We don't even call the diapers, diapers, but simply refer to them as his underpants. We don't spank or criticize, or ever embarass him for accidents. But before we realized that he really couldn't control himself, we used to spank or punish him. It just made him withdrawn, and created other behavioral problems. Well we don't do that anymore. We just work to reduce the number of accidents and treat it as if he wears glasses, or has braces. He is very active, and has a normal life, and doesn't think twice about it anymore, and no one makes fun of him. Hopefully one day, he'll outgrow it. If not, we'll just have to accept it. Let's keep Terry's parents in our prayers. God bless you all for your well thoughts and prayers.

Lord please help this child. Please help him find peace and friends. And someone who would love him and not be mean to him.

I humbily pray that you send your unconditional love to this child who is recieving such a wound to his soul through his experiences. I humbily pray that he may experience the love and support to repair his heart.

Please tell your friend to find someone he can trust to help him. There is a product called DDAVP - it can be taken in either pill form or nasal spray (the spray is cheaper) it is available only by prescription and my son has taken it for years and it does work. Some children, like mine who is ADHD, are very sound sleepers and just don't wake up like the rest of us. Regardless of the problem this will help clear him up. He needs to talk to a counselor at his school about what is happening at home and at school.

12 years old and probably feels life is over.His parents are wrong for spanking him still.NO wonder he has a bladder problem,he has no control of anything in his life and it`s sad to think he`s going to get really messed up over this. He should be out making friends and girlfriends! But how can he have a "normal" life if he`s worried one of his parents are going to ABUSE him infront of possible friend mates.Sendinging prayers buddy!

I am sorry to hear of this child's suffering but it does make me feel a little better knowing what a friend he has in Terry. May God bless both of you and both children are in my prayers.

You are an angel, heaven sent. Some suggestions for your friend with the bladder control problem, females (especially after giving birth) and males are encouraged by doctors to (this is going to be difficult to describe, but it works) strengthen their bladder muscles by tightening the muscles in the bladder area (example: as if your keeping yourself from urinating) while he is urinating normally, tell him to try doing the stop and go method (i.e. slowly let the urine go in increments, stop-tighten, go, stop-tighten, go, by tightening the muscles with a second or two between intervals will strengthen them). Also, suggest to him to journal his feelings about all of this and how it is affecting him, this is a great method (in laymen terms it's called brain drain) to get out the anger and not hold it all in. He (or you) should definitely report the abuse to the school counselor or CPS (Child Protective Services - should be a local number in the phone directory) The parents may need to go to counseling in order to help them understand his problem and how to deal with it and these services I mentioned, may be able to help them do that. Definitely, tell your friend to go to a doctor to be treated. You can email me if you have any questions or need more information.

I have a little 10 year old with the same problem at night only, he is embarrassed so I pray for this family and Terry I know it is hard. My little boy feels like he is the only one that has this problem. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Has Terry every thought about telling the police about the abuse? You said that he was abused by his parents i.e. spanking, etc. If he won't tell the police, then you should. I will pray about this. I understand that it is difficult to deal with someone in diapers. My grandmother has alzheimer's, a terrible disease, and she has to wear depends, so, I understand what the parents are going through, having to change terry, but, still, they shouldn't abuse him! That's wrong, and i pray to Jesus that he is cured. Still, though, we gotta put legs on those prayers. Report the abuse to the police.

God Bless Terry and I hope in time he recovers from his bladder problem and the ugliness of those of tease him. Kharma will repay them for their acts of unkindness including his father. You are a wonderful friend. Encourage him daily - help him help himself. You are in a powerful position - use it for the good of your friend.

Dear Heavenly Father please help this young boy to find peace in you and know that he is special because you created him. Please let the other kids know this also, so that they can also become friends with him. Help his parents to realize that what they are doing is wrong, and that he cant help what is happening to himself. Please help them get help, and let their relationship with him get much better. I pray in your name, amen.

I read your posting and I just had to respond.For many years I was in Terry's position. I must have gotten beat every day over things like that. I prayed to God that one day he would save me from the hell i was going through.And he did.It may have taken a while,but as usual he came through.I know that he will save Terry from all the pain he is in right now.I will pray for him. I know he is a special child of God. My prayers will be with Terry, as well as the people who are causing his pain, because they need help too

It a very sad situation. I am happy you and your friend know the Lord. Jesus has a cure for every hurt in our lives. Abouse is a killer. But the killing stops when we remembe to turn our hurts over to Jesus. When your hurt tell him to call our to Jesus. Tell mhim to keep repeating Jesus name. The demons that hold him down and his family will flee. Tell him not to give up, because God has not forgotten him. Alot of times we are attacked, but oof our humbleness and call bu the Lord. When we are young and place in a situation we cannot control the devil will try to steal your friends joy and your mind. Hang in there, you guys are special. I pray tht the Lord will remove the demons that attck your friend. God is faithfull, he promise. Stop crying and give no place to the devil. Once he knows your friend is in pain, he will continue the attack. Stop complaining and start praising God right now for what he is about to do.
