my granddaughter

My 3 yr. old granddaughter, attacked by pit bulls, 1,700 stitches in face and severe head trauma. In ICU for 3 weeks, needs healing for physical and emotional issues because of attack.

Abbey is 3,000 miles away from me, not healing well from dog attack on March 8th. while at a babysitter. I Covet your prayers for her complete recovery from the scars on her face and severe head wound on back of her head. She has lost her entire scalp, both ears and all of her hair. Facing years of plastic surgery for her face and most likely will need counseling for the emotional scars she now carries. She has been in my custody until recently and I grieve for what she is going through. She is changing hospitals today and facing still more surgery. She has already had at least 12 surgeries in the last 3 weeks. Please pray for Abbey!!!!

Where this child suffers, may love in God's kind, relieve her of this burden she did not ask for or invite. God's strength, wisdom and fortitude to her future doctors, surgeons and guardians.
