Prayer Circles

My heart goes out to all of us who hurt and suffer the loss of our children. I lost my son Jeff 2 yrs ago, he was my youngest and the light of my life. I think the 3rd year is harder than the first 2. I pray for all of us that have this cross to bear my god bless us.....

My heart goes out to all of you parents, brother, sisters & famlies. That has lost a loved one, My youngest brother "Jeff" 20yrs old was murdered 2 years ago, I see the hurt in my own family. But it seems that the way your beloved child died, there remains a sadness and pain that cannot be replaced. With the help of Our Lord and Heavenly Father, we will learn to live with this. I pray for you and your daughter also.

My son Danny aged 20 died by way of suicide 3 1/2 years ago. He was clinically depressed. Please pray for healing for me and my family as I struggle every day. Please pray that I get a sign from God that my son is with Him. I am so sorry for all your losses, so many broken hearts. Praise Jesus. LindaW4

I am very sorry to hear of your loss of your beautiful son. Depression is a terrible illness to bear. God understands this! Your son is safely in His arms. I prayed right now for your son and you and your family, and asked God to show you a sign, as He showed me one about my own son. I prayed that God, in His Goodness and Love will help you and yours to receive the strength and easing of pain that you are still experiencing. Thank you for your kind words about all the losses you saw on these pages. I love and praise You, Heavenly Father, for you love us so much. Only He knows the inner turmoil that led your beloved son to do this and only He truly understands. Place your trust in God, and He will answer your prayers. God Bless you.

I forgot to mention that my son's closest friend committed suicide 11 months after our son passed away. They had been friends since the age of 4. Our son's friend also suffered from Depression and other psychiatric problems and I imagine that our son's death didn't help either. My husband prayed for a sign that our son's friend was in Heaven and asked for a definite sign, that his prayer card would fall from the Dresser where our son's cremated remains are. He asked for the sign to be given to him within the next two weeks, and after only 9 days, his card fell off the dresser and 'somehow' landed in the wedge of wood on the design of his dresser! NEVER underestimate the power of prayer! Please let me know when your prayer is answered. God Bless.

I know how this can hurt. My son and daughter-in-law lost their baby girl last September. She was their first child, my first grandchild. She lived only 25 days. It has been very hard to know that we will never see her grow up and hear her laugh. Only God can heal this. I will be praying for you. Please pray for David and Jeanna.

Thank you for your words and sharing your own pain and that of your daughter's and husband's. Your little angel is in Heaven. But we still miss their physical presence. My Father God. I come to you humbly in my Lord and Saviour, Jesus's Christ name. Father I asked that you touch these familes who have lost their children, the ones that I know you have called to glory. Father, I ask that you give them the strength and the courage they need to go on with the lives you have blessed them with. My father God, I do not know what one feels like when they lose a child and I pray that your Grace & Mercy will spare me from that. But Father I humbly ask that you touch each and every one of the parents who have lost their child or children in one form or another and I ask that you give them something in the their lives to be grateful for. I pray for these things in your son Jesus Christ's name. Amen

I lost my daughter when I was 19 years old.I carried her 9 months and then she was gone. I know the pain and I feel for each of you. But just go to the Father.He will help you endure your loss. I pray for each and everyone of you and pray that you get peace of mind.

I lost one of my closest friends early this year (he was 24) and the pain was so bad I felt like I would die. I know that this pain would have been only a fraction of what his family would have felt. The only thing that allowed me to get through my grief was to know that my friend was an inspiration to so many people and even though he is gone, I still feel him close. All of you are in my heart. I am comforted in the knowingness that the divine plan is as it should be and that we will all be together again one day.

monaxyO and innerflame - Truly sorry for your own losses, a baby with all the promises of a future and a beloved friend, innerflame, whom you loved. I also strongly believe that there are no 'coincidences' in our lives, everything unfolds in God's Divine Plan for us all. Our loved ones and our children live on and one day we shall see them again! Thank you both for posting.

We also lost our daughter whose death was not expected,from a stroke at the age of 21yrs,12/6/99.my prayergoes out to you.Praise GOD!Anyhow Amen!!!

I too have lost a child, and although it has been nine years this past April, it still seems just like yesterday. My son was my first born, and their is a bond between a mother and her first born child. My son was eightteen years old, and he would have been twentyeight years old this past September. What I am trying to say Shaner is that it never stops hurting, but with Jesus you can go on, and you can continue to live.
If you do not have Jesus in your life I am encouraging everyone to open up your hearts and let him come in, as without Jesus I could not of made it this far.

My heart knows all too well, the endless pain and suffering you feel. I lost my precious daughter, Amy, 5 1/2 months ago, and am on a daily struggle to 'survive'. Her boyfriend says that she hung herself, but we--her family & friends, that knew her so well--know it was he--that took her life from her. The physical evidence, plus previous events, all point toward him...it's been such an unimagineable torment for us. So many 'broken hearted moms'---I pray for all of us, to find a little peace and enough strength, to get through each day..May God bless us all...Amy's Mom

I was 19 when my first child Loretta Dawn was born dead. I had never known such pain. It was in 1969 and I still feel it as strong as then. But thank the Father for the strength to go on. I feel for each one who has lost a child and you are all in my prayers. Myorka101

skorra and spandex1 - Thank you for taking the time to post and share. The loss of a brother, especially a twin must be devastating. And spandex1, the pain is terrible, isn't it? You just don't want to go on, but with the help of Our Heavenly Father, we'll all get there, and one day we'll see our children and loved ones again.
