Prayer Circles

Dear Lord,
May this year bring peace, joy,and happiness to all who have lost so much in this last year and to the rest of the world as we try to rebuild.
In your name I pray,
Amen

Lord,
Please protect this nation and its people from their own ignorance and from other hostile nations.

I pray that all of us, but most especially our world leaders, may be guided in every choice and decision we make by wisdom, love and compassion.

Loving and Gentle Father,

We journey into a New Year only through your grace and will. By your hand, you have led us through an incredibly wicked year filled with war, rage, and violence. Cleanse each of our hearts of the sin that contributes to the wickedness of our world. Bring the peace of the Christ Child into our hearts, our homes, our communities, and our world.

Heavenly Father, help us to affirm that even in the midst of this evil world, there is incredible goodness and goodwill. The vast majority of the human family really do love you and love each other. More people are willing to sacrifice themselves for others than those who would wage war and bring pain. Love really does overcome hatred; faith really does triumph over fear; life always ... ALWAYS ... emerges from death.

Lord God, help me, my family, and my human family to "let our little light shine - let it shine, let it shine, let it shine" throughout 2002 in this, your incredibly wild, wonderful, beautiful world. Amen.

Father,

It is with the greatest of heartfelt feelings as I look back and reflect on the year. There has been so much that happened which certainly makes me evaluate my life. My problems seem small, but everything is relative to who we are. I pray for peace, serenity, and guidance in 2002. I ask that you wrap your arms around the children that are trying to understand and make sense of everything. I lift my own children up to you and know they are safe. I've had a rough year, but every morning, I wake up and put my right foot in front of my left, and keep going. That's not easy. It is through your strength God, that I can do this. Help everyone come to an understanding of the tragedy this year (while it will be in your time). Thank you for standing by my side. I know that I need your hand to hold mine tight, for I can't walk alone. In Jesus name.

Lord I offer my prayer for world peace. I offer my prayers for all those who go to bed hungry, who do not have a home to go to, who lost their jobs and are struggling, those with chronic ailments, all those children abandoned or abused and mistreaded. Lord help us to learn to love each other despite our differences, our race, our color. Teach us to respect each other and accept our difference. Help us realize that we are all connected in this world. I pray that we will learn this lesson in 2002.

Dear Lord,
help me remember that nothing is going to happen to me today that you and I together can't handle.

Dear Lord, May 2002 be a year of your glory. May you raise up true believers of your word to spread the glory of your name. Dear Lord, may we seek to know you- to praise you, Dear Lord. May you order our steps in your word so we may forget about our day to day struggles and place our aims high. May all countries praise your name for you are the Lord most high Amen!!!

Almighty God, please protect us all from the evils of these days, and please help all those who have been negatively affected by the issues of 2001, to have faith and hope, and to pray often. Because all is not lost, both adversity and happiness happen for a reason, and we must continue to believe in the divine truth, our Lord, Jesus Christ.

"My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their word, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. I have given them the glory that you have given me, that they may be one as we are one: I in them and you in me. May they be brought to complete unity to let the world know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me." And so it is.

to my higher power i pray, thankyou for the past year with all it's goodness and please love and heal all of those so deeply affected by it's horror! it seems that this nation has joined hands through the tragedies. please help ALL people everywhere to join hands and unite as your family,...as ONE! as for myself and my family, i ask you for forgiveness and healing from past mistakes. i ask for your love to shine on us and to keep us all safe in your care. help us to grow in your grace. plase help us to do your will! this i pray too, for ALL of YOUR children, from all corners of the world,...may we all come together in peace , love , and unity,...through YOUR love! lastly, please give us FAITH!!!!! amen

As we travel through this New Blessing we call the year 2002, Let us remember that greater is the power of the God & Goddess within Me/Us, Than ANYTHING in this world. Let us remember that we are the VICTORS, not victins of ANY circumstances and may we keep only our highest thoughts and energies as our advisors that we manifest only the Best, for Ourselves and for the World around Us. May we also remember to Love One Another - just as we are soooooo Loved - and as a Kid of the Divine, I KNOW - I AM LOVED UNCONDITIONALLY!! So Be it! Ashay, Ashay, Ashay!!!

Dear Father
First I just want to Thank You for my life.
Thank You for your goodness and kindness.
Some times something bad that happens something good comes out. People who would not pray are now praying to you.Some people are going back to Church.Some are nicer to family and friends. MY wish to the year 2002 is that the world learn how to love oneother and let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me. Love your God as you love yourself. I love him. Thank you Father.

Dear Lord, May we take the hardships we have endured, the fear, the anger and turn it to love for others in the world who have suffered unjustly at the hands of your enemies; enemies who judge, kill, hate, abuse, and use religion as justification. Help us to use our resolve to draw us closer to our families, friends, and neighbors--around the corner or around the world. Give us the strength and wisdom to put superficial differences aside and work together to make the world a safer and more compassionate place, where all life is respected. Give us the wisdom to be caretakers of the planet and put your Word, your love and all you've created before our earthly wants and needs. Let our hearts care for each other and worship you before the many things that have become (to some) false gods: big houses, cars, expensive clothes and jewelry. Guide us always down the path that leads to your kingdom. Don't let us stray. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

we thank you God for all your blessings in 2001, though we have all hurt, lost and suffered, it has brought us all together. We know where that came from, our faith in You brought us closer, showed us love exists and that we are all one...I ask You Father to protect our families, our country, friends and families around the world, our military, and all the leaderships of all nations...give them guidance, patience and wisdom to do what is right and not be hasty. place a shield over us all and grant us peace, happiness, love for one another and good health. Give those who have lost loved ones strength and courage. Love and good does prevail...we pray for all...God Bless Us through each day and give us guideance to do right...in Jesus' name i pray Amen

Dear Lord... it's me again! Once again i want to pray for my family,my daughter and for a year full of your blessings. I pray that your immense love will keep me from suffering another stroke. Allow all my prayers to be answered in 2002...AMEN

May your warmth and healing touch all of your children here on earth. May we all be pulled closer toward you in this new year. Blessed are you God, ruler of the universe, who has given us the gift of another year. Amen
