I would like to pray for all those who are suffering from cancer. A dear freind of my found out about a week ago that his father has cancer. He only has about 6 months to live. He had to undergo surgery yesterday because he could no longer breathe. I want to send a special prayer to both of them because they have not found peace with god. I pray that god will touch them in some way through all of this and something good will come out of this tragedy.

· FIRST REMEDY
Unhappy sick person! Do not be anxious, have patience! Your illness is not a malady for you; it is a sort of cure. For life departs like capital. If it yields no fruits, it is wasted. And if it passes in ease and heedlessness, it passes most swiftly. Illness makes that capital of yours yield huge profits. Moreover, it does not allow your life to pass quickly, it restrains it and lengthens it, so that it will depart after yielding its fruits. An indication that your life is lengthened through illness is the following much repeated proverb: “The times of calamity are long, the times of happiness, most short.”
· SECOND REMEDY
O ill person who lacks patience! Be patient, indeed, offer thanks! Your illness may transform each of the minutes of your life into the equivalent of an hour’s worship. For worship is of two kinds. One is positive like the well-known worship of supplication and the five daily prayers. The other are negative forms of worship like illness and calamities. By means of these, those afflicted realize their impotence and weakness; they beseech their All-Compassionate Creator and take refuge in Him; they manifest worship which is sincere and without hyprocrisy. Yes, there is a sound narration stating that a life passed in illness is counted as worship for the believer—on condition he does not complain about God. It is even established by sound narrations and by those who uncover the realities of creation that one minute’s illness of some who are completely patient and thankful becomes the equivalent of an hour’s worship and a minute’s illness of certain perfected men the equivalent of a day’s worship. Thus, you should not complain about an illness which as though transforms one minute of your life into a thousand minutes and gains for you long life; you should rather offer thanks.

I want to share my joy with this group and thank god for a cancer that has been cured. A year and a half ago my dog Harry was treated for a malignant tumor on his paw using a biological therapy at the UW vet school- there were parallel studies being done in humans for prostate cancer. It was a long shot, but the therapy worked- by raising his immune system to fight the cancer. This was much less hard on him than radiation or chemotherapy and it worked! Yesterday I brought him for a 15 month post cancer checkup and he is still cancer free. Most cancer research depends on using animals at some level, and I was so glad that his cancer could be used in a way that gives insight to human cancer research, but without harming him. There is hope! The therapies keep getting better! Seeing him cured has changed my outlook- I share his story in the hope that it will encourage anyone who is fighting cancer or who has a loved one with cancer. Keep praying and God will keep answering!

Dear GOD please help my mom get through this lung cancer, she does not go to church but she taught me to love and cherish you and the church.She really needs your prayers. An please help her be strong an accept the help of those who care for her. AMEN

Dear Lord please hear our prayers for Connie and her family. I have a special friend Dorothy (age 66) who also needs your help. She is losing the battle with stage 4 liver cancer.

I just ask that you help my grandmother to fulfill what you have planned for her and then to just relieve her of all of her pain. If it is your will to take her, then please do so, i know she will be better off there in your presence. In your name i pray. Amen

Hope, is what our Lord offers us. I believe in hands on healing and I have seen many healed of all kinds of things. I pray right now that the Lord touches your life like He never has before. I pray that you feel this cancer leaving you and your body is getting stonger each day. You demand healing upon your body right now in the name of Jesus Christ. He already died for that cancer. When Jesus was here he healed all that came to Him. He never said no, so you go before Him and claim your healing. Right now in the name of Jesus Christ we praise and thank you Lord for Connies healing of cancer and any other problems going on in her life. Connie I annoint you from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet with the blood of Jesus. Praise you Father God for your healing that has taken place.

please pray for my grandpa he has skin cancer and i am praying to god that the skin cancer will go away in the name of jesus..

Dear Jesus remove the cancer from connie's body in your name. Remove it father from everyone that has affected and is trying to affect. We are all children of the king. I rebuke the enemy from trying to operate against us all. I ask that I be added to the prayer list of your church nikki. I recently found lumps under my arms and my doctor found a lump in my breast. I pray that this is nothing in Jesus's name and I rebuke the enemy from trying to operate against me and my children and the rest of my family. Ilove you lord and thank you for your healing. Please pray on my behalf. I have bone cancer that is not treatable by chemotherapy or radiation. o sweet wonderfule compassionate loving merceful jesus please be with this dear woman in her time of turbulation. you kno that in my life ive had to deal with the lose of a very close loved one from cancer and i would never wish this on anyone it is such a horrible thing to have to deal with and just raise up connie into the light so that she may see you are the only way and that she needs you to recover from this sickness. lord i know you have the power to and i would beseech you to cure this woman from this deep pain. i love you soo much and please heal this woman too lord. in your blessed and precious name. we pray that connie cancer is healed. I would also ask for prayers for my mom who has terminal cancer they say, but we're hoping with enough prayers that she can be healed.

Dear Allah:
Please give my mother strength to deal with the chemotherapy she is undergoing. Please also provide her and my family with the ultimate belief that you alone can cure her of this disease. I pray that it is your will to cure her and that she live a long time with great health and quality of life. Please provide the answers to the cure for cancer to researchers in this field so that all who suffer may be cured. Thank you
