I have been not been here for quite a while. I see how the prayer circle has grown. May God bless each and every heart and its intention offered today. Your faith and love of each other and God is truly amazing!

I don't profess to be as faithful as you are even though your health issues are so serious. I am learning to try. This site has been a blessing and my little corner of peace.

Please pray for me I have lost faith in doctors and the healing process. I have had some chronic health problems and after 4months have not been able to get a diagnosis. I received my Colposcopy results today which said that I had chronic cervicitis- whatever that is. The dr.seemed to think that I was ok notwithstanding my pain and lack of appropriate medication.

Hello to my wonderful prayer warriors here in our cirle - the ones who have been here since the beginning, and all the new ones that have joined since I last wrote. I have not forgotten all of you, and I continue to pray for your needs, and are adding the new ones to my prayer list. It has been a busy time - difficult in some ways, and very blessed in others. My son was married on April 28th, and God was so good to help me feel my best for the days that my family were here, but I did a flare following that time and just before I left to come up here to Jacksonville and the Mayo Clinic, from where I am writing to you. They have really been putting me through the paces the last couple of days, tests, biopsy and all kinds of doctors to see. It will take some time to get everything together and come up with a recommended plan for future treatment, which will be suggested by the Dept. of Rheumatology here at Mayo. They are trying to find a way of controlling my disease without so much dependence on steroids. I have a final appt. with the rheumatologist tomorrow and then I expect he will let me leave and then will contact my rheumy when all the results are in and with his suggested plan for treatment. I want to thank everyone for their prayers, and when I finally could get online and come here, my heart ached for all the pain and problems that many of you are suffering. I felt so pleased to see all of you reaching out to one another in prayer and support. I think God has blessed this Prayer Circle and while there is a lot of pain that is being endured by so many here, there are also bonds of friendship that are being formed between us all. Always remember that God does love us, even though at times we might doubt this when things are going so bad.

I do want to share a blessing with you. One of you mentioned the pain I felt losing my beloved cat, Charlie. There can never be another Charlie, but before I left, a few weeks ago, the Lord brought a sweet little female cat into my life. She was at the humane shelter and needed a home. I took a look at her and she at me, and it was love at first sight. We brought her home, and she adjusted to us right away and has been a true joy. I have felt bad having left for these days that I am here in Jacksonville, and am anxious to get back to her. We named her Mindy Sue, and I am thankful to God for bringing her into my life. I am really thankful to Him for bringing all of you wonderful people into this Circle, and I pray and ask Him to heal, comfort and bless each and everyone of you, your families and friends whom are sick and in pain. I will be back in touch soon.

Thank God for this site. I have diabetes, Kienbock disease, neuropathy, fibromyalgia,and arthritis all over my body. I have been attempting to continue to work but was advised today that i shoud not be using my hand. Pleas pray that God will help me know what I need to do. I will keep each of you in my prayers. Also, please pray for my youngest son. He was hit in his car by a train on May 1, 2000, and suffered a sever closed head injury. He is much better than doctors expected since he lived and can walk and talk but he still has a lot of problems. He has a 7 year old son that has a hard time understanding why dad is different. Please pray for his wife and son also. Thank you for allowing me this time

Dear Dolphin, I am new to this circle, but I am so glad that you started it. I will pray for those who have shared their hopes, fears and prayers. Please pray for my stepdad who has Parkinson's and for my mom (age 81) who is taking care of him at home. Thank you.

Hello all my Brothers and Sisters-

Today has not been a good day for me. My physical therapist says I am doing just fine learning to walk again, but I feel I can and should've been further on in my endeavors. Please pray for me that God gives me more strength to move on. I am reading the Psalms and the Proverbs on Wisdom. It's helpng a bit, but I need prayers as well. If you can please click on my name and go to my site and leave a prayer there for me, I would really like that!!

I have fibromyaglgia and have been learning to live with it. It's getting better know. I went from working a career full time to a homemaker rather quickly and at first it was hard to get used to. But being home with my family and my illness has done one thing for me. I have given me a relation ship with god. It has given me time to think about what I have, my future... and so on. This is a nice place to come with an illness like this. Thank you

I have just found this wonderful site. Thank you for starting it for all of us with chronic pain & disorders. My aunt is a wonderful example of a Christian, caring, loving and giving her all to others. She does if fact need all of your prayers for strength, and to reduce the pain in her head, neck and shoulder area. She has dystonia torticollis among multiple other serious health and chronic diseases. This causes a person to shake uncontrollably with tremors, extreme pain, and her head is being pulled to her left shoulder. She can't sit for too long of a period of time without pain, and then she has to go to bed. Three years ago she had a surgery called "Deep Brain Stimulator" placed in the center of her brain to control the pain and shaking, it has worked very well up until this year. Once again, she has the awful pain and the shaking is worse that when they did the surgery. She is highly allergic to every pain medicine except Demoral, and she doesn't like to use it very often, because she knows she will need it for future surgeries. They are now going to try the Botox Shots again (last time they caused her to have some small strokes in her throat), that is one of the areas where her dsytonia is centered. Where a person is weak, there the disease takes control. Our family just wants her to have a better quality of life. I thank you so very much for going to my prayer circle and writing what you did. I has helped me a bit. I just wish others like you would go there and prayer for me as well. Today is another one of those days that I really need the prayers. I am going through personal and health issues that I just can't seem to break through the wall that is blocking me from going forward. I know that there are people worse off than I am and I do send my prayers to all of them. But I need the prayers today now more than ever. Like you, I'm having some rough days where the pain and the sheer exhaustion is sometimes intolerable. I am facing a battle at work because of my illness. My studies are also affected as is every sphere of my life.

I would like all your prayers,esp. in getting healing (or a diagnosis that leads to healing). I have begun a prayer chain for myself at 5:00am each day. Please feel free to join me in this effort. I'm learning how to trust God anew.

My husband has FRIEDRICHS ATAXIA. Please keep him in your prayers. Also keep our 4 children in your prayers. This is a progressive disease. He is a very loving person. He has a good attitude about the whole thing. The lord has been good to us. Prayers to all of you.

I just wanted to leave a prayer for Ron Peterson. He has been fighting Cancer for a long time now. Ron just passed away this weekend. Dear Lord pls take Mr. Peterson into your arms and guide him to you. Thank you for easing his pain. I know he is now safe with you and we will all see him soon.

Most Gracious Father I need your strength. Lupus is so hard to live with. Working full time, being a mom and wife and in a very stressful financial situation, I need you. Only you can perform the miracle of healing. Everyone here in this prayer group needs you. I pray that your healing powers can bring at least one person a day up out of what illness he or she may have to lead a healthy, normanl life. Everyday I am so grateful to you for just sunshine. Lord help us, we need you.

This is a Healing Prayer I say everyday for myself and lots of other chronically ill people,Heavenly Father I call on u right now in a special way, as it was through your power I was CREATEDevry breath I take and EVERY MORNING i WAKE i LIVE UNDER YOUR POWER.FATHER, I ask you to touch me with that same power. For if u created me from nothing u certainly can re-create me. Fill me tih the healing power of your Spirit. Cast out anything that should not be in me. Mend what is broken. Root out any unproductive cells. Open any blocked arteries or veins and rebuild any damage areas. Remove all imflammation and cleanse any infection. Let the warmth of your healing love pass through my body to make new any unhealthy areas, so that my body will function the way u created it tofunction. And Father, restore me to full health in mind and body so that I may serve u the rest of my life. I ak you this through Christ Our Lord. I sending a special prayer to all thiose who are suffering from chronic illness. I lost my brother to Lupus several years ago, The Lord seen that his time on this earth was over, but his time with the Lord had just beginning, for He was truly a Christian Man. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 4 years ago. Finally! For a few years before that the doctors just called me crazy. I also had to move in with my mother to take care of her as she is debilitated. I have been praying every day and every night to know, do, and accept God's will for me. I have several other diseases going on. I am on strong medication that doesn't do what it used to do and I know the doctors won't offer anything else. I get very discouraged. I pray for patience for the ability to handle my pain and take care of my mother and another woman in the building. Depression is setting in. I am widowed for 2 years. Although I am only 50, I feel 80. When I'm depressed it is very hard to be grateful. I pray for all of us on this site to find the strength to handle out illness. I pray we can still find meaning in life. I pray we can stay connected to whatever spiritual force we may find comfort in. I pray if I do have cancer in my jaw (which I will find out soon) that it is God's way of finding my way and to accept it. May God, Mohammud, Buddha, Allah, Christ, Great ancesteral spirits, or whatever brings you light, blesses you and helps you through another day.

I had to come back again as , I mess up a little . This site is so rewarding to me it gives me such peace its lke my speical corner where I can come and let all the feeling of giving out in prayer and thankfulness that I found this site and how big it has grown . We have become so powerful Im sure Our Father in Heaven is Delighted and knows how much each and every one of else needs his help and love.
