for a lost soul.

God, please have mercy of me..

I am at the very end of my rope.. i have battled with depression for far too long.. so many medications,therapies,wrong diagnosis.. All my strength is to keep myslef safe..alive.. for just one more day..but everyday hope is like water in my hands, and its slipping away.. i have become so detached from the world, so that no one misses me.. I ask god for forgiveness.. so many people fight for their lives, for one more minute to be here while i fight with all of me to stay awake.. ***sobbs** God.. please help me i cant do this ... my youth is slipping away and i see my best years slipping by.. and i cant catch up to it no matter how hard i try... Jesus have mercy of this lost soul that doesnt deserve you, but needs you with all its being.. my pain became anger and now is becoming despair in refuge for solace..help..

Whether it be the park, dancing, etc and begin to appreciate the small things we are blessed with and things will start getting better. Simply find reasons to smile and be thankful. I have been in your situation Stay positive. GOD will be there always.
