Mark Gilbaugh
wrongfully terminated

I was wrongfully terminated from my job over something that happened away from my work place and on my own time. Now, I am fighting to collect unemployment benefits until I can get a different job.

About three weeks ago I was terminated over what I had written on my facebook page. Now, this was done on my time, off company property, and had little to do with the company. There was not threats of violence, implied, or otherwise. This was just an excuse for a salary dump to me. While hold no ill will towards these people. All I am asking for is favor concerning my unemployment benefits and to get a decent job.
