Ruth parker
job - again

I was discharged because I refused to mistreat mentally ill clients and commit fraud against medicare and medicaide.

I worked for a Company in Dayton Ohio that monitored mentally ill people compliance with court ordered medication intake. I worked 7 days per week and sometimes 12 to 13 hours. I worked 7 days because no one would cover my case load when I was off. I was told the people I serviced would be reported as non-compliant to the courts if I took a day off. After working for 6 months, most of the people found other jobs due to the heavy caseloads. When my new supervisor started, she began instructing me to overcharge insurance companies, medicaide and medicare enabling the company to get more money. I refused. She and the secretary for the A.C.T. team began hiding my daily notes so it would appear I was not doing my job. I had copies and would get another copy and prove I did the work. They did everything possible to make me quit or get fired. I spoke with her supervisor and reported what was going on. 2 weeks after reporting her, my mother committed suicide. I came back to work and was fired. Pray for clients there
