12 year old grand daughter is a christian.but she has lost her way.i need help so desperatly

kelsey has always had a great love for Jesus.in the last year she has really lost her way.she has begun to cut her arms and rebel against her parents.she tells me that she does not like how her life is now.but she continues to follow her bad friends.she is so sad and lost now.God help me.i dont know what to do and her parents feel so helpless to.the home is a christian home.please pray for kelsey and her family.
