to accept the love of my girlfriend and my savior

please remember me in my struggles for love giviing it out. i have been with the same lady for a while now and i do love her but it is a thing in my mind that says and questions and thinks that their is some motive that she is still with me, i have tried to push her away and have done other things to try to get her to go away but she still stands by my side and professes her love to me i know that i am lucky but i still have in the back of my mind why? so pleaase help me with this problem. and help me to also accept god into my life, for i know that the only way to salvation is through him, but i need to just let go and let him in to my heart and i have a problem of letting go of the things that i want to do. thank you in gods name amen
