Since I posted this prayer a month ago, our friendship has grown stronger every day. I've never been so blessed with such a wonderful friend; a friend who accepts me unconditionally. I know that You, Lord have sent her to me to heal my heart and I thank You for her every day. Please, Lord..continue to watch over her. Cover her daily with Your love and with the peace of Your Holy Spirit. Watch over her and her family. Protect her from adversity in her life. Continue to bless her as a messenger for You and please, don't ever take her away from me. Always, in Your name, Jesus, my Lord and Savior! |

My original prayer for Rachael's relief in her daily life seems to have been answered. She still faces many struggles, but I can see the Lord working in that home and in that family! Praise Jesus for hearing my thoughts and prayers! Thank you Lord Jesus for sending Rachael to me. Please continue to bless her and her family. Bless them abundantly as You have done for me! Show them Your power! Send Your Holy Spirit down upon Rachael daily. Warm her heart and her Spirit so that she may always look to You for strength! Keep a close, loving guardian angel always with her wherever she goes. Protect her and keep her safe from all harm. Thank you for blessing our friendship. Always, In the loving name of Jesus! |

I am struggling now to understand our friendship, Lord. I've never had a friend as wonderful as Rachael. Her many gifts from Your Holy Spirit are so overwhelming at times. Please show me how I can help her in her times of need. Please show me how to be a better friend to her. Bless me with a compassionate ear and a soft shoulder for her to come to whenever she needs. Please watch over this friendship. Show us the direction to keep it strong for You, Lord. I don't know how to be a good friend. I so desperately need Your help! She is so strong, she is so important to me and my family. Continue to bless her each and every day - as You have - and watch over her family as they continue with everyday struggles. The warmth of Your Spirit continues to heal and guide her and I see her growing in her walk with You every day. |
