John "Bubba" Rodriguez
Yancey family trying to get guardianship of John

The Yancey family is trying to get guardainship of their nephew. This boy has been thru alot in the past few years and feels no one wants or loves him.

We are asking for you to pray for us and Bubba so that we can bring him to our home very soon. We will be evaluated by the state on 10/07/09 at 6:15 pm. Bubba is a 12 yr old boy who was raised by his grandmother since he was a baby. When she passed away in April of 2007, Bubba was placed in a county home. We tried to get him then but didn't pass the evaluation. My husband and I are on disability and they said that our health was an issue. So, he was placed with his grandfather and step-granny. She then passed him off to stay with someone else and got into trouble. He is now in a youth detention center. All this boy needs is a family that will love and take care of him. Please pray with us that we will pass the test and God will bring him home to us. Thank You and God Bless.
