Families Work schedule and Childcare

ARMS of LOVE is an new childcare concept. This concept is unique and is not proprovided anywhere in the United States.

This new concept offers two different facilities one a Day childcare and the other being a Night childcare and includes a
regulated registry to go into the parent/child home. The problem bases itself on the fact the Texas State Law violates the Federal Law.

Furthermore, other States have a similar laws that violates the same Federal Law. The Federal Law 42 USCA of Child Abandonment the state charges a parent with the Federal Law of child abandonment as in the New York Times Story by Nina Bernstein on “Ms. Brathwaite babysitter had not shown up and to miss work resulting ending her new position as assistant manager at a Mc Donald’s on downtown Brooklyn.
She is facing up to sixteen years in prison, due to a hard decision that is made every day by American Families” .
