6 mo old blind, underdeveloped pituitary

our grandson is wonderful but he had a very difficult birth and has been hospitalized many times. he is now 6 mo. old and blind. we do not know the degree since he is too small to test but we know he often can't focus on object unless very near

as well as being blind Devon has an underdeveloped pituitary, which controls hormone producing organs, such as pancreas, adrenal glands, growth hormone, thyroid, etc. he also has asthma and doesn't tolerate going outdoors, getting too hot, or strong smells. He has been hosp many timesfor the cold/asthma since his adrenal gland wasn't working when he got a cold he almost died because it doesn't secrete the cortisol he needs to fight. the adrenal gland and cortisol is what helps control heart rate, breathing, etc. and he almost died because he couldn't fight. I call it the stress hormone. He now takes cortisol by mouth and is doing much better. but we don't know what gland or organ may be affected next. so far pancreas and thyroid are functioning okay. this is something he will have to battle his whole life if God doesn't intervene. I serve a loving God and I covet the prayers of praying people. His is a wonderfully loving baby with an angelic small that warms my heart. Please pray.

May he be a blessing unto the Lord and if it be the Lord's will I pray that he would touch his body and heal each and every area from his head to his tiny little toes. May his organs mend and function fully, May his blinded eyes open and see every beautiful thing the Lord has made. May his lungs expand easily and fully and breath in the abundant breath of life the good Lord gave us. I pray this prayer of love in the name of our sweet lord Jesus Christ. Amen
