Help so that I don't slide back down into depression

I've delt with depression for 8 years. I ran away from home while trying to kill myself. I got help, talk to a counselor and psycahtrist, as well as take medicine.

I just ask that you pray so that I don't slide back into my old ways. Blessed be. And thank you.

I bind the spirit of depression trying to overtake her. She shall LIVE and not die, and declare the works of the Lord. I can do ALL things through Christ which strengtheneth me.(Philippians 4:13). 	kathee11 6/10/2009 10:00	Dear God, please help Annie be strong through difficult times. Help her to know that You are always there for her with loving kindness and compassion. Annie, I find it helps to make a note of anything throughout the day that makes me smile. I have a little notebook in my purse and I jot down when a bird sings, I feel a cool soothing breeze, see big puffy clouds in a gorgeous blue sky, have lunch with a friend, etc. Just a few words to remind me of wonderful things in life. I thank You that she will find out who she is in Christ. I thank You that she is significant, secure, accepted and loved. May she find out what her purpose is in life. Give her new ideas, dreams, visions, concepts, etc. May she walk in favor with You and man all the days of her life. In Jesus' Name I pray. Amen.
