Some sad news...

Chris died earlier tonight, Thursday, April 30th, 2009. He was a very good and dear friend to us and to lots of neighbors "near and far" from Nashville to Seattle to Chicago. He was an inspiration to all in many ways up until his last moment. Whether you were immediate family, a friend, an acquaintance, a work associate, a "friend of a friend", or were just plain lucky to have him (ChrisTheCarpenter as he was affectionately known) do a "project" for you. We'll all miss him. Chris fought a courageous battle against Lymphoma/Cancer to the end. This world will be a little less friendly and not quite as happy without his presence, his smile and good humor and his unwavering spirit.
