long time suffer of both

anyone suffering from depression and generalized anxiety

I have suffered with depression for over 10 years and generalized anxiety disorder for about 5 years. A lot of things have happened in the past couple of months that were out of my control. And life seems to be unraveling faster than I can get it back on track. So, if there are others that can relate and know if I continue to pray and not give up and let the lord guide me in the right direction. It will get better.
