I have you in my prayers each day!

This prayer circle is for a young Marine deployed to Afghanistan. He is in need of prayer. On a daily basis, he faces situations that only our Creator could deliver him out of.

Please add your prayer for this Marine. I have been in contact with him, first by a letter during the Christmas holiday, and now via the internet.
I don't know him all that well, but he is defending me and all of us and is well deserving of your prayers and well wishes.

Thanks, and may our Creator bless all of you who take a moment to prayer fot Joshua.

As I sat at the lake watching my son swim, I wrote your name in the sand and asked the Creator to bring you happily home. I have come to know you as a friend and I so want you to be safe as you face what I can only imagine. Today, I ask the Creator to envelope you with a blanket of protection and to bolster the courage and bravery you already have within you in whatever mission may be yours. I ask that you be made more alert, more aware, and that instinct guide you when nothing else can. I continue to pray for you, and I will until you are safely home. freedomgirl

Yet I know you are forever guiding his footsteps; protecting his every move. I ask, O Creator, that you keep L/Cpl D. safe. Be with him in the mission he is currently on. Keep him focused, barring short timers attitude. Let no harm come to him, let his determination, grit, and fortitude be the positives that lead him home. I ask these things of you, O Creator. Bless J.D. and all who know him and care about him. Amen
