UNEMPLOYED/LAID OFF WORKERS

With the slowing of the economy, thousands have been laid off and many more face futures without jobs

This circle is to pray for those who have lost employment or face the loss of jobs. Our personal well-being, the support of our families as well as our sense of self-worth are linked to our jobs. The prospect of losing our jobs and finding an employer who will want us and employ us can be daunting. Some of us are so afraid of rejection or are so anxious that we are paralyzed in our search for jobs.

We must turn our professional lives over to God. Ask for his blessings in finding and maintaining jobs as well as acquiring a comfortable wage.
Ask that we be able to keep a
positive outlook. Let job hunters be open to God's direction.
May God's will be done.

	Isa.26:3 9/5/2008 17:38	Lord Jesus I pray for Mike and others who are looking for new jobs during this time. Lord may you order their steps to the place you have for them. May they be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit in every area of their lives. Lord you can open doors that no man can shut. I cover their households with the blood of Jesus. Lord you are a provider, may every need be met for all those in this kind of situation. Continue to bless Mike in every area of his life. In Jesus Name. Amen
