Husband of Mine
Discouraged spouse having hard time finding new career

My husband lost his job last year and did get a new one. However, this current job is wearing him down (physically, mentally, emotionally).

We are also struggling financially, but my main concern is with my husband's confidence level and his general happiness. He has a hard time relaxing on the weekends thinking of the next work week ahead (he's unmotivated to do much around the house and with our children). Please pray God gives him the desire and confidence to seek a more meaningful, rewarding job/career.

My prayers are with your husband and your family.I found this while reading a book this past week. It seems to help me and I hope it will help you as well:

"Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed. I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will uphold you with my victorious right hand."

I will keep your family in my prayers.

I pray for your husband to be delivered in his mind and the enemy telling him lies. I pray he knows that he is important to God especially. The Lord has a perfect plan for your husand and your family. Seek the Lord while he may be found, call on him while he is near. I plead the blood of Jesus over your family in Jesus Name. Amen

I pray for this Husband, this wife, all of these that have written here in a deep and fervent prayer for each. I ask that be it God;s grace and his will, reach out to each one of these brothers and sisters in Christ and comfort them, hold your light up high so they may see it clearly and know they are on the right path out of the burdens they face. Let them never to forget to give glory and praise to God each blessing along the way , no matter how small ro insignifcant it might seem. I pray that each of these, pray for another and that husband and wife come together and pray to our father in heaven for the mutual answering of there combined prayers. I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ on behalf of our brothers and sisters, here in. Amen and Amen.
