Pray for All Those Affected

As the death toll in Myanmar raises, let us all come together in prayer for all of those affected.

Heavenly Father,

Your word tells us that if we would humble ourselves and pray then you will heal our land. So in this moment I pray that your people in and outside of Myanmar would humble themselves and pray for the healing of the land that you created. For the families who have lost their homes, please restore their habitat not back to the way it was, but better than it was before. For those who are lost, provide a light so that they may find their way out and give their families and friends patience and comfort. I pray that you will allow the Myanmar government to trust and receive the aid that the US is trying to provide. Let them welcome the goodwill that is being extended to them for the benefit of their people. Heal the land O Lord, comfort the people of Myanmar, protect the aid workers, and let your presence be known.

I thank You that they will use this to grow closer to You and to form an eternal relationship with You. I thank You that they will not blame You for what has happened. Lord, I thank You they those who are in need, will get the medical care, medicine, food, clean water, clothing, etc. they need, in order to survive this devastating tragedy. That they will be comforted and give strength to all of these people and the aid workers here also. I pray for protection upon everyone, who have been effected by each storm. I pray for the light of your love to show them the way you would have them go at this time, help them to trust that you can even make a way where there is no way. Open the door for them now God. I know your plans are to prosper them and not to harm them. I know that we all live and move and have our being in you, so there is never anything to fear, even cyclones. I feel very sad about the devastation and I pray that there will be help that they can accept from the love of generous and big hearted people. If they cannot accept help from a government, I know you will send help from hearts all across the globe - there is no limit to your compassion. Thank you, amen.
