Why did you have a miscarriage last year? Who told you that you are at high risk of miscarriage? Do you have a diagnostic from doctors about why you have miscarriages? Did you ever take a test for toxoplasmosis? I know that illness is produced by a parasite responsible for miscarriages, and for children born with encephalic affections, but it is very easy to cure. I had a friend who had lots of miscarriages because of toxoplasmosis and she even gave birth to an anencephaly kid who died after born. The doctor told her to do some tests to see if she is genetic compatible with her husband, and in the same time to take that toxoplasmosis test. And they discovered she had toxoplasmosis. She followed a 9 month treatment with some cheap pills and now she has a great girl 13 years old.
My advice is you to ask doctors to take that test (if you did not do that already), and if you have toxoplasmosis to interrupt your carriage and only later after you cure the illness to try to have kids.
