Communication, forgiveness, commitment,openness,and patience.

A year ago I thought my life ended as my childs was about to begin! Alot of pain and suffering has happened, but now things are on the mend. Never speaking about what happened or what is happening is like a slow painful death. We are not moving in any direction but in circles! We need desperate help, but he lacks faith, and has shut down. We share a wonderful little boy who deseves his family whole! I just don't know how to do it? I pray every hour on the hour for strength, patience, and wisdom.
I do not know what God's will is, but keeping a family together, isn't that important? He is a good man with a good heart, he needs to open it and let God and me in!

	OpaClayton 5/2/2008 06:58	You give no specifics as to "what happened." Only that you don't talk about it. This seems to be the thorn in your side. The only clue I have as to what is troubling you, is in the introduction of your prayer request, "Ryan Johnson, Boyfriend/father of my son." Jesus sanctified the marriage ceremony, and it is expected that we honor it, prior to cohabitation. Whether you or he has chosen to refrain from this practice, is immaterial. If you wish to have a peaceful life together, you should consent to marry. It is my prayer that you pray together and take marriage as a first step. Follow that up with daily corporate and individual prayers, and open and honest communication with each other. In a marriage, there should be no secrets between a husband and a wife, and there should be forgiveness for all sins against each other. Of course, in order to forgive, there must be true repentence. (Turning away) May there Lord bless you and keep you in your time of trouble, and in your daily life.
